Hello, hello! I'm your hôte Loïc, ancient sportif de haut niveau en judo, coach, préparateur mental and amoureux of activities outdoors in touch. My conviction is that we have all a petite étincelle of folie and audace, an version until frappée of you, a potential exceptionnel that sommeil enough. I've created this podcast to discourage and osé meiller. My invitation are athletes of two niveau, professional, voyage au long cours, entrepreneurs or militaires, despite. But that is enough. An immense mercy to Nico, Nicolas Cassier, an ancient invitation of podcast, an opinion who was here the first weekend, coach preparator mental, who had plenty of things incredible in his life. And he had made a relation with you on this absolutely absolutely that you talk to Matis. Yes. Matis, already we're going to principally, I think, on the threat along the university of the voice on solitary, but not so. What was your support at the enfance?
SPEAKER_00:No, I think I'm a little bit because my friend was not that. I did in the world of the forest Norman, my journalist, just like my mother, because my parents are rapidly divorced. And the water is really in our eyes just stage of the water. And my story is to do food in my village of wash. I grew up in the arms and I am the tennis. And after my parents had this speciality to get a catamaran at the large, great distance with his catamaran. And he started a week, two weeks on vaccines, on his petamaran. I think he tested the shows for preparing for his tour of the world, and we were a little cobaye for testing the things with him. But he got a navigation not very anodine. He went on his petamaran to get the tour of the Corps on Nice, the tour of the Bretagne. And we have 12-3 years. We are with a pet combina of 2 mm and we spell the courage after a week or two on the catamaran. We are at a metal with my friend and my friend, and we do, we have our event, and we do it at the Bell Etoiles, we are as magic as the navigation.
SPEAKER_01:Because when you say petamaran, for people, you imagine it's not the catamaran of tourism that you live in the port where you have two cabines, two douche.
SPEAKER_00:No, imagine the hobby of the ball on the plage, which is a four, you know, a meter great. And that's that aspect of the times on time later, but it's a navigation extreme. I don't want to have the director of the director of Vendegloby Denis on telephone in a long time, and he said, 'There was one who had the most of milk, farfel, it is that.' He said, 'Search has been an entry and navigated,' but in fact, this navigation on the petamaran at the large, it's completely far, and it's completely exact also, because the battery will return, there's no, and we are in the vague, we are, we sit, we change, we know that it's not what we do. And so it's genius, but it's a banner. It's a bad thing. And imagine that you've got 13-14 years, and you're in plane, and you have your friend and your friend who are just at the end of you, and it's responsible for them. It's too happy the battle, it's who you have a country, it's a funny. So they're just responsible. And the equals for you are just for you the night, the phones are just for you. So it's incredible.
SPEAKER_01:It was really the catamaran at the day at the moment.
SPEAKER_00:Right. And the second time we arrest. And then we move, we make the end, but we went to the terrain, we rest on the catamaran because we have a stop to protect. And then we have a plage that is at 200 meters, and all the maillot, all the people like we are on our battery, we're at the night, we're at two because we have the night. But we're not at the door. And we are like that, and that's good.
SPEAKER_01:Wow, incredible. Okay, so that arrived with my two years. My friend, he had the first exposition at the wall at this moment, over that?
SPEAKER_00:It's the adolescence. And like my friend, my pet. Alright, I'm sure we're just like my friend, I got a pet of the wall late. But in fact, I'm sure that we appreciate it. Because we're watching our pair who made a stage, and we say, 'I'm getting parce que we're embed until we have a thing with you.' Wow.
SPEAKER_01:And I've got to show the emotions, the emotions predominant when for the first time you realize that what I've found, it's to be at the bar, it's to be responsible. You see what? At this moment there's a sort of conscience that wow, it's an universe in which you continue to evolve, and really you realize it, and after it, and you say it's not that we have to continue to work.
SPEAKER_00:And it seems normal. At this moment, our pair is our pair. And like he complains like a person is normal, what happens, we have confiance, we explain, and basta, and when we have those battles, we put it we are in our mind, we think that it's normal. For now, the wall is that. And I but I wonder that three or four years on a mini, like a monocoque with an abri that, that it's not normal. So a good six, seven, I'm in the naivety of I comprend not really navigated. And after the desire to find in a little intense, it was tard with the attitudes.
SPEAKER_01:Wait, wait, because you're quite in sport études, uh, scholarized normally parcours classic?
SPEAKER_00:Wait, wait, wait. The parents would not fit the volume, nor did I was sports. Although they were the pair like the member, they had an adventure incredible and sport. But they wanted that security of their studies. And the time I had two days when I said that I commenced too tight for being champion. So it was études. And normal. I'm telling you, a lycra in banlieue Paris, where I lived the first year on tongues and I'm saying it's not possible. It's a little bit. And parkour scientific, because it's what the most of it. And in fact, the other thing that I interested, is a course student of voice that's appeared the CCE. I don't know if you have the course croisier at egg. That's that. So it's a great course. I think it's the great course of students of Europe. And I'm excited to get a dossier, to watch the sponsors, to create the creature an equipped of the college for the event. And I keep. And I say, and after my pair that I want a project like that, I cherry to get the regatta in the church an equipping at the moment, in Catamaran. And then he proposed, he said, I've got a reggae after April, and this year I'll get the record of the Mediterranean. Does you know we say? And there were people who proposed to travel with us in engineering because I had a bad notes. I said, And the first competition passed well.
SPEAKER_01:It's relatively recent quite.
SPEAKER_00:And so after we have the record of the Mediterranean, and that there's a sacred decline. Because a lot of time we are in vacance, and there's nothing research of perf on the long distance. And then we discover. We have 44, 45 minutes, we do have 15 minutes and we are non-stop on the regular bateau, we turn. And it's hyper stimulant. And then I think we're built the record of two minutes once, but it's a show.
SPEAKER_01:I don't know. Sorry?
SPEAKER_00:I said we've been back at the end, then it was on the chrono, we had a note. And so we'll see with the GPS that we have at the board that we've effectively batted the record. I don't know.
SPEAKER_01:But you know, it's completely incredible. The chrono final, you said it's 44 hours?
SPEAKER_00:Well, I don't know what the number of minutes are.
SPEAKER_01:Because it's relatively cool, entre guillemets, imagine sufficiently cool from the chrono at night at the moment of the year, we have enclenched a true that you have in the eyes for two years?
SPEAKER_00:Alright, okay, but it's just a little indicative. The right chrono is with a balis, I would say a big boat that we have at the border and that I think, 20 seconds. It's not very precise, because it's a very homologation official. And so we enjoy this boat, the homologation official that certifies or if it's battery or not.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, mega interesting. Because I imagine it does visually your chrono à vous, it's a true thing you have facilitating so the year on permanence, or it demands a bit an effort, you know, for the reglage, sort of the pocket.
SPEAKER_00:After we have passed the link, we didn't know. And then oh purée, it's a minute. No, no, we regard during the course.
SPEAKER_01:But if you have a zoom on this experience, I told that it's completely fine. It's what the organization at border? The role are clearly defined. You said that we had dormant, but if you have a time of pause for the one or the other, it's what the rhythm.
SPEAKER_00:At the moment, it's just my pair who is, because I have zero experience, very good, of the bar exigent like that of perf. And I think the moment we are at the department. Because in fact, we are in Britain, and we got the route to Marseille, went to the bottom, put the department, and we are at the department. And the day there has a lot of vent, in the day we profit for the few days. In the repository, and after effectively, it's just my spy, which is the great wall blanch that we see on the bottle at the end, a sort of bull. And my pair is also at the bar at the moment. We have the strategy meteor after. When we changed the direction or not. When the time, for the two days that were we're close. It's not as long for it to the inconvenient. And I charged their reparations, their maneuvers, because when we are we don't have great things, but when my heart church is the noise to the pair also. And so it's organized like that. And effectively, I think we don't know because it's the moment we have to regulate the reglage, and it's the moment we ralentic and regulate. So the point is, it's valuable in solitary on the mini, so when you do, you regular bateau, then you can force a little bit more.
SPEAKER_01:And this notion of regulation permanent bateau. And the night we have what? Or those elements of the bate, or it's really the feeling, the sensation of vitess?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it's a little feeling. The sensation, let me say the sensation on the face when you are like the pilots in the room, they want the movement of the room, what that's a little bit like the movement of the bottom, and we have to detect the equilibrium, what change in the wall. And after the night, we can see when we're at large, is that we have the light that is clear, and we have to do a little bit of the wall, so if it's a night and then it's really wearing, and we have a little bit a bit to detect. If we have a doubt, effectively a bit of we all the front and we verify.
SPEAKER_01:Impression. Okay, so you have not 20 years, prime experience, I'll say a little bit of an ultra where you test your limits, and you're not less than what you imagine that was possible. It was what? And we said it's there are things like that, or it's what the conversation that you have to that experience?
SPEAKER_00:Alright, there's a sacred declive because I think there I'm not a partial. Oh, I'm not a partial. I keep my pet. And I don't play in an equal engineer because I have the time to navigate when we're in engineers. And I turned to the edge of commerce, desolate, but we're talking about a little bit more in commerce to get lots of bate. And there's a declive.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_00:And effectively, a month, we comment and we had the record of the manche that exists, and we enjoyed, we said we bought the record of the manche. Alright, it's more long and more adventure, but we have a bunch of references that are important for the fight, I think, because after we bat and we decided to get it. That's two days later. And after an hour or two, we got two. We got all the regards, all these competitions in Kata, and all the titles that work super well. So that's really a super event. And you have this record, I imagine I'll talk about the record of the manche where it was a little more. That's it. The frame on the record is important. And the truth is that we use a few days, we got all the courses, so we put a little confidence and we have a good humility, just on the record of the manche, so it's cause dinar at the end of Saint Malo. And then we are, but we are pretty. And we said the meaning, we're going to put our work, but we're not pretty. And just after the link of the department virtual, we got the battle, the lunch went, the things are so fixed, but there's plenty of red flags for it. Well, the two. I travel in Suisse, I'm crazy. I've got a conjugate, so it's absolutely that we went on the meteor, so it's not. And the meteor is a muscle. There's a lot of vague, we don't want to go, but we are. And we go, we're at a middle of the manche.
SPEAKER_01:Pardon, Matis, because it's important, I think, for the moment. All these records that you've got with your pair, we're always on the same type of bateau, the catamaran sans. What long and large for vision?
SPEAKER_00:6 meters of long and 3 meters of large, I think. Okay, so it's not. Okay, okay. No, but we're 40 centimeters of the rock. So we're all clabous and also we can. And the vague are not very great, but for the catamaran, it's sufficient to be very in the ball. And we have a sort of big component, a big GPS that we have at the end of the bottom, which is very important, not the night, which does the cap, and that perfect have a big repair. There's a vague that has a support. So I change it, I made it there. And the error that we have is really that at the end of the day. The combat, and after my phone, and I attached to the bottom, it went. And it's really there's anything, it's a bottle for you, one for the bottom. And in the sense where there's a bottle to go, one for not turning. And my brother has one bar in the bar and the bad. And we felt by a vibe a little bit like the other, and the bateau pain very far. It is limited to the room, and then he glances and he turns just down the bottom. There's really an error absolutely like that, it's turned to the water. And I think there's a link of the room that cannot, and the way that he turned down. So I did the day, but he will train a little bit. And in fact, he turned, he cut a safro, and then I went to 10 meters, 20 meters down there. And then I repeat that it's grave. It's not tough. And I remember too on the bottom. It's a miracle that I had to get the demo side. It was like that, but it was exceptional. He said that I've had a sacred maneuver at that moment. And because my problem is that I made a big on the bottom, but too much just that passes, and the vague, and it went so much, in fact. And then I in 10 seconds and I see. And so I hope that it's great. I have a big shot of Adrian, I'm saying because I have all the two, two boots on the bottom are super, so I think that there's a pet boost in the muscles. I did a big tour, I got a big repair with the it is.
SPEAKER_01:It's super interesting. When you see that he was at 10 minutes and you had a teeth, you have the reflex of the form of the nuage in the direction, that's it?
SPEAKER_00:It's the same repair that you can have on the road, it's the field. And so it's too much to put a form, put an axe and say I've put a cap, I've got the cap.
SPEAKER_01:Because you're at the coat ni d'un code, no one of the manche at the moment.
SPEAKER_00:No, no. And so it's incredible. Because you got the tour and then with the safron cassette, I have to run a little bit of a where I was, and I remember we had the chance, we had a casque whipped orange that were a bit flu. And that's that moment we had a big boy orange, a big thing that started, and it was his eyes. And I went to reproduction. This is tough also in this event, is that like we had visualized, we had a lot of visualization again. We had imagined that there was one that went. And we had not stressed. I mean, not him and me, we had really calm. And we had him imagined that he went to the low, alright. We had imagined that it was, and it was a little my corner of the hair. And it was all the balises of his eyes on him. He went to me, I've got a bad. And then when he went to the low, his pocket, and there's all these balises that cool in the room. So in fact, he had too much, and I had to not. So I was after the coup. It was terrible. And I approached him. And then you know, but I was at 75 kilos, and he's and I approached, I turned the eye, and really at the moment, I had the bottom of my hand. He turned the mind and with the inertia, I'm at the moment to go with him. I had two games in the eyes, and then the image doesn't mean our grandparents. And then after I had the chance, he lives to recuperate at the end of bateau. He attractive the bate, and I can remain. And we are. If I come where he comes, and I arrive at calm and cherry and solve the life, because it's the case, I'm competent. I think I said I'd be trophy and navigate, voilà, comme l'idée que j'ai un navigateur. Piazz, sacré experience quand même. Ouais, ça forge. J'ai dit on est kick now on who don't have the view to.
SPEAKER_01:You said I've been in Suisse, by curiosity. It's a shape pro for your taf à toi, tu as sure tonight, and you fit what in Suisse?
SPEAKER_00:I've had my stage of the finance in Whip and my life. Okay. It's in the university of nautism, it's an equipment for the navigators. And so I literally. Okay. And you can see on the demon? I'm on the day, okay, alors more during my project mini parce que it's a lot of time and I would not permit. But I had a great pleasure before the night. It's hyper active on the lake. The night after traveling, there's plenty of petites regates later at the border that are fine for just dételling who can travel the journey. And they're the week-end. It's super chouette.
SPEAKER_01:It's not a little bit of vagues, but it's hyper technique, hyper joueur with the vent, just think that the Lemont was a bad event because it had a venture extremely changing and that it would pass in a minute.
SPEAKER_00:Although in the Atlantic, the system meteor are a little bit more great.
SPEAKER_01:The mini transat, is you can make a universe of the voile. It's like UTMB on ultra trail. When is it?
SPEAKER_00:I would not do a comparison with the trail, but we can assimilate it a little bit at the Formule 3. You have the Van D Globe and the Formule 1. There are other courses with the bate a little bit, Formule 2, and the Mini Translat, it's really the port of entry that the Formule 3 corresponds. And that's also the course where many of those who have the Van Globe have fit. And when you demand what the most course, they say the mini transat. And when I talk to the other, I wanted to read things and learn their things, in fact, at that time they have their eyes when they talk about their mini, and it's the event, and it's the event of the great things. And then I wanted to say that. I wonder also because my family had been 20 years in 1995, in 1995, probably. And of my hand, I wonder also because there's an person who asked in our project in Catamaran, who told me. He said, The Mini is very chat, it's not saying. We have to negotiate certain things. And in fact, we visited the battle, and after he said, 'Feck to negotiate for it.' But we had what I said after the coup is that we were to go on the battle that corresponded to my philosophy of navigating. Able, solid, rapid, simple. We were too much on the battery, and I had a very big palmarès, which I was a two in 2017 and three in 2019. Sur the Mini Transat. And it's a course that's all the two days. And it's sort of contact with the earth. Alright, the Vendegov is gentle when they say assistance, but they don't apply their equipping technical for whether they have any. And we have really. And the protos, but the bate went, but the bateaux are also a little bit. The jauge, in fact, the rings are super. We have what we have. And there are batons on carbon, there's a key that's a dairy, the safety that's the matter that they're really big bombs, a big machine. They are the batons very. Ah, quand même, okay. The other they're plenty of tour of 200 000. But it's a bateau of 2017, it's not a bateau. Plus the numerous is equal, plus the bateau is recent. And then in 934, I've had a dizaine of bateaux plus recent queen than the mien. And the prix du bateau is 120 000. And after I think the frame of functioning, the top team are environment at 50 000 par an. And the plus, they arrive at 10-20 000. The bateaux, it varies a bit parce que the bateaux peuvent at$30 000 and the two derivatives at 300 000. About the foils and it can really pass the simple to triple, then the 10th then. And it's more because I'm in Swiss, and the bateau is in Bretagne Sud, at the Trinity surface. And I don't have what to put in a center of training, in fact. Normal mini, it's really the norm, everyone in a pôle, Lorient, Concarneau, the Trinity, La Rochelle, all the big group with their entrainers and I, but I profit the consequences of my parents, and that compensate, and it was super short. I will put their consequences and I will put. Oh no, you party like a person who has too cut. Really, but at the moment I said when I read my phone, I said, the matt, it's a cock. That's two pétan. I have two millimeters of carbon under my face and the foot when I'm in the cock. So it's really a bomb. The bateau fit 800 kilos, in fact, I'm 10% of the points of the bateau. So it's really a big bomb, the architects are as incredible for the bateau.
SPEAKER_01:And we cast quite a meter of carbon. Pardon, but for a zoom on that, the cock along how you tapped the vague, etc. The carbon plants, it bought or it's ultra rigid.
SPEAKER_00:No, no, it's super rigid. It's too amortized. But no, it's super rigid. The clois at the end of the rigid. And no, no, it's super good. For example, at the moment at the first table, there's effectively the carbon at the end of the cock, which cut a little bit, and I'm obliged to have a little reparation. But what we can catch? I cut the wall. We cannot the aériens, which are the giouettes that are the vent, which are also very sensible. We cannot the derives, the safrans, because it's right, it will be a lot of force for that it grignotes the carbon and it cannot. The castillage is the pool, the taquets, where we have the cords, the boots that are on the bateau. The cords also, the boots, it will cut, so we'll change regularly. Alright, it's married to caster the key not only.
SPEAKER_01:What do you think for picking the key?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, like an idiot, I don't know. We have a card numeric. We have a card, but we have and we have just a GPS that does the position, and we have really. And you can make a waypoint all the way to the code for saying at the end, this is the code, but it's not so precise. And I tapped a pet, and it's the code, the key that is cut. Put tomorrow, it was, but it's sufficient for that it was a danger to gather. And that's my great galère because it could change and the assurance name. And you call the assurance, and in fact, if you have an assurance, I don't navigate. I'm not a client rentable, so it's dangerous the content and they have the right. And after 2024, it's simply the season of preparation. That's really good because the year I changed assurance and I'm gonna go. And in fact, I think also when they're like an assurance, it doesn't have it passed the mother, it's not possible. There's a lot of things, because it's impossible to learn. And I said all the mind. And the world. I did not have two things. But after we said, it's complicated, but I rencontre notamment Nicolas. Nicolas, my preparatory mental, who proposed his service pendant l'hiver, a big moment, because I was really on.
SPEAKER_01:Try to become Nicolas et de la partie prépa mental.
SPEAKER_00:That's it. In two semaines, I deviate a papa, I drove an assurance, I drove a sponsor that me permetting to raise a wall, and say it's a baby, it appears a good time. It's pushed the phone, you put it forward and you want. I think I connected the patrons, they had to pass the double. But I really did the mind. And I said, I'm not for your project, we have a short, we have to reassure it. So incredible. And then we are eight years after the time of a course that is at the Trinity, the course local. And then I have two days to remote the bottom, read for the day, put the test of the joy with the key, and I did a connery. I wanted to make a test of joy, I don't know if you have the bottom on the right. It's impressive. It's redress. And then I wanted to get away from the key, and you know the key, it was not the key that will be cut, but it's a structure at the end of the bottom that will crack. And then I'll cut the bottle two, two years after the day with a bullet. I'm not. The bottle is cut, I don't put the department. I start the bottom of the low, I require a guy, he put he's gonna replace it, he reparts two years after the day. I report the bottle, I met the low, but 24 hours after the department, the truck. I got the météo 20 minutes after the day, I'm at the time, I put the department of the course. And that's it like that the project. And I got my result this year, so I'm the two, and I cast it. And then I said the work of Steve is paying, it's after the course of pre-saison, I'm 5, 4, 3, 2, and it was a bad courses of pre-saison.
SPEAKER_01:Excellent. Okay, duck at the moment at the moment where you're watching the bateau for the prime year, the project was clear, it was mini-transat 2025 where you said that all the time, but not for that, and you tested the fit of the course.
SPEAKER_00:Wait, no, I'm reasonable. In fact, at the moment, I've got the bateau, and I'm saying that I'm telling you all the time. And I parle a bureau and it's my patron who proposed a deal incredible. I think there's a patron who is at Munich, his patron who proposed that. He proposed, he is sensible because it's in the middle of the wall, and he said, 'Because I'll share my bate, and in exchange, you continue to work for us, and we develop a product for the navigators.' And if it works, if it works, you're going to play on Swiss. And you have reason that the project at the moment, it's just I'm gonna say, I'll see what it's like. And I went, and in fact, you're one of the courses of pre-saison where I have the conditions of transat. And it's in the conditions where I passed the 60th to 6e on one week. And in fact, it's that course of pre-saison where I said you have a potential of malad. And I think the départ of the two étape just confident, I'm seeing the conditions, it's the mienne. And peu imported if you're paste or the author and if you take the course, I think that would joue là-dessus. And I garden that confiance to the long and I don't arrest the project for that.
SPEAKER_01:Sur la partie mental, what's intéressed in the message of Nico? At the moment you tell me that a prépa mental does have part of my prépa for the mini-transators.
SPEAKER_00:Alors I've had a very bad basis with the prepa mental because I had two parents who have plenty of things to transfer, certainly in the domain where the mental play. My parent navigator, and my mother had a paradigm, the Mauritania in Charavile, there are things like that. If you have a fine mental, you don't have this thing. And I had a grandmother who was in the sophological franchise, and he was also interesting, he had been with the equipe of ski, and they were the premier to get that visualization of slalom. And they all got it because it was the application this kind of thing. And he transmitted that before. I'm sure I had 10 years and I had a lot of prepaid mentality. But I didn't have the prepaid mental. And so I think I have super bad with Nico. But there's a thing that's kind of fundamental, it's that you say that you say too. And I said, it's my message. For I'll pousse the bouchon more and that you can say, we'll see. Because he was asking his manner to navigate. And you had already not really problem. So I think it was. I said that I didn't want basket and that the ball was not for that. But then we had already we have a little bit about the identity. That's really the great question what's okay for you, what you would make in place, appear to have a short. And what I told me genius is that all the prepa mental that the person knows that it demands to make in a certain end. It demanded to arrest, to reflect, to pose. And that's what I tried hyper, is that I went to the sall of sport with him, I entrained my life. So this is a polarization. But you entrained your life in a sall of sport, and you when you go to your competition, you're not going to make a implant. You're entrained, and you're not going to be in an end or to go into a respiration or I don't know what that function. I don't know if I'm clear. And it's a little like if you're at the hall of sport, you're entrained your eyes to it muscle, and there you have your exercise, you have to. And I arrived, and then for a little bit more charge mentality on the battle where you have the time to reflect, you have the time to morph and to say I'm eight, it's not a good result. The people who are the road class, they don't know that you're not. You don't have this kind of emotion. The fact that I say I'm here, I'm concentrated, my life is entrained, if I have a galera, if there's a problem, there's okay. The emotions are hyper stable. There we have a lot of that also. I wonder there's always a lot of positive and negative in what I do. And we're at really navigators you wanna be, but I wanted to make a lot of engagement, and then I remarked that in which I made an engagement in my course, I didn't know the effort, and I reflect other things like my course. I've got this for me, I had this course for me, and I keep and I do what I could, and I feel at my manner, I navigated at my manner now, I'm at the man of my pair, and it marched. If you had a rag where the sponsors don't have because I'm not in the end. And then there's a great galerie, it's the first time of the mini-transat. We can attack directly the mini-translat.
SPEAKER_01:So that's the Bretagne at Canary, is that the prime?
SPEAKER_00:And the second week, I got the season, I visited the night of the mini, like by hasard, I got plenty of each. But not because I'm not, by preparation. And then I have my infovent that pets, and I've got an infovant for the time of the first episode, it's hyper embedding. And I casted my speed medium. And you know that we had really 30%, they were two in speed medium for two years, and then at two, three hours, my speed medium to the event. And that typically the preparation mentality is exceptional because in the way of me saying it's the fun, there's no speed medium, no, no, no, but I'm like, okay, it's funny, I'm gonna put speed medium, and I'll go with what I do. And it was fine because the first is an tempest at the large Portugal, there's an Oragan that arrives, and we made all the Portugal. And you know that at the time, you know, we turn the first Canary, and the rules of course think that we have the right to replace. I reckon I repair the rest, but we don't have the right to change the 24 hours of penality. And then it's a try so funny is that I decided to in your speed, a big spee, and then a Jennaker who is big, and fucking the base. And I decided to go with a special and not putting the 24 hours of penality. And that's kind of fun decision, because I wanted the big job, and I said that with Nicola, I said, I'll go to the navigator who taught the things, he fits a big job, and it was like a whole spy, and it passes where it cannot, but I'm pretty sure. And it laid the opportunity to explain the story, to go into sort of speed medium. I said, we'll change that. So it's fun, because in the way to me and to say we're doing, the others are a speed medium, I'm not. I'm saying, but speed medium. And it was particular.
SPEAKER_01:Is there a changement of mindset between the first and the two episode with you or in general? Is it more redouté, plus attending? There's a difference in the course?
SPEAKER_00:No, I'm not sure. The two enough because I think that's the conditions where they're bad on this. And the first episode, I was 20 at the annual. And the top, it's kind of like liberty the what. It's really that's kind of this thing of that I'm a little rage, it's not a rage revanchard, it's a true money time, it's the early trick, the course of what I've been on one episode. And that's that I'm sure. That's funny. We'll lush the four, we'll amusing. Incroyable.
SPEAKER_01:Incroyable. 30 ans jour pour jour après ton père, c'est quand même assez fou. Avec Panache, ça passe ou ça casse, tu veux être le skipper who tends. I suppose in dépit de la lession of preparation, tu has quite done about the phases of basic, or in terms of rhythm, des acceleration, these are a little bit calm. What's what the moments are of this course?
SPEAKER_00:Alright, I'm reasonable that at this moment there's person who's favorite. But maybe my pair. My pair means that you have top five, it's good. And the media put not in the top seven. There's people like Benoit Marie and Alexandre Demange, who are the two guys who have already been and two for the two courses of the season. And they're the two other who are a bit. And so alright, I'm reasonable, I bought this course, but also I said if I pass and I've been 20, it's not good. I already wanted, I already know I've wanted to say, and I was liberated to that also. The results it already. And the course it comes. So there's a great point, is that when we are there meteor after. We have really one per year we have a very global that we say there's an anticyclone, force, and really we are with the information météo of the earth, which are very important for the few years, but in about two or three years, it's a little bit you can see what you're doing on the road. Because we have internet. And so there's a great point with the météo, is if we pass at the west or lest of Yero, which is an island on the route. And I said I'm the only one to pass the west. And I'm a fan because I've got two routes that didn't pass at the lest. And I'm with three or three other mechanics, but in fact, it's like the mechanic that were all the time at the class. So I said it's quite a great risk. And it was a little bit, it could do that at the translator. So the two years, if you're at the big, it's irritable. So it's a fun at the moment. And in fact it passed, okay, I think, because I was 20 the two years, and after I recuperated the system, the allies, but the translates are the vent that passed to the west, they are 15 and 20 years in the face. And I recuper these vents quickly at the same time that the others who have passed the other side, and I passed the 20th to 30 in 24 hours. Wow. And then it's always we're just a guy of vitess for the first year. We're on vitess. And that's it, it's super intense for me because I have a bottle, I think that I've got the shape. I'm obliged to bar if you go back or less. And each they have a bateau a little bit more rapid, so they made a little bit more pilot automatic. And I'm in the day, I'm in because I did not be two years at the time. Because I think I'm not the shit. It's the one to attract, it's that. And the three days in the conditions, I'm a second time, I'm here. And early the way that the route. And it's really, but when I did two or three years ago, I'm planted at the end, the door, I've got my bidding with my pipette, I changed my eyes, I put pipes on my baron, and I push it. And I see the sun that turns away from me. And I don't know if it was two days or one or two, the is completely fatigued. And it's not a fatigue muscular, it's a fatigue of concentration, in fact. I do have a drink in the room, you put a piano in the room, there we go. So you have a big hallucinations. And the fatigue is interesting. I don't know if it's a little bit the same also for the ultra trailers where I'm comparing. It's like when you listen tonight after dormant, and you change to comprehend your life, but really you listen to intentional, because you do be performing in barrel, and you listen, but you do continue to learn for the eighth days. You do continue, you don't work, you're fatigued, but you comprehend your life, and after eight years, and then two or three years, you live your life and you do, and nothing a moment. Because for a moment you watch, you can find or you don't. And that's really the fatigue of concentration where your lunch is the concentration of what you say. And the moment the turbo at the moment. And the vent the first two years, after the vent faibly, then I reposed, I've got a coma. You can say that when we sit and We have the habit in solitary to get a siest, we enchaîn the siest 20-30 minutes and we make just a second in order to understand that it is, and poof, we're done. And we can get a very big enchanting like that. And I do that and I go, and that's a good time. There are two, three years like that, where I regenerate. And we arrived at the middle of the transat, there's already faible, and then I think it's the moment where I've been the more. And then I have a exceptional where I'm in tranquil on the bottom, and there's an enormous bale that appears just over my bottle. And it was not flipped. It was a little moment of joy. I saw a brute vague and I saw his eyes, but it was the large bottle. I said, I've been assimilated, that for the moment I was not had the time of visualization, you know. And I was thinking that it was great, I haven't really known, but long. And I had a bug, but really for the one I bug because I said, but it could be so great, it's not possible.
SPEAKER_01:And it was an allucination.
SPEAKER_00:I don't know, I was reposed just three years I was to marry, to dormant. But I heard that bale and I cry. I said, I said, ah, but dégage, dégage. Because at this moment, we tend to talk about the bale and in fact it's me who is fragile. So if it's else who tapped my bateau, it's my bateau that can. And it part, I don't know what to do, because it is just a part of shocking and ralenties, I don't see what it part on the bottom of the room, and part of the issue great that I said, I said it is low. And in fact, it turns out a couple of blue, and I saw a couple of cannons of baleen on the right. I turned the germ and the boat of the battery. The bateau penchant, she perfectly, and then I say, Oh, I'm here. My biddy attack, it will be, it will be. And for two minutes I trembled, alright. I dropped my camera, but in fact I trembled, but I don't want to. And I put the camera too, the bale is low. But I trembled, I trembled, and it's two or three minutes for me saisir.
SPEAKER_01:Incredible. The probability is quite full to turn on our route on your ballet. It's quite incredible.
SPEAKER_00:But to put a couple bale, all the stories of navigator that I've entered, I've entered that.
SPEAKER_01:So that's the 5th year, is that?
SPEAKER_00:Ouais, un peu plus.
SPEAKER_01:At the moment, the class is fixed, they're touching 3, top 3 in ces eaux-là?
SPEAKER_00:Ouais, I'm 3. I'm battery with Alexandre for the two place. And we have the class one. A bit like when we have our pet info météo very basic. We do also have a class, but on distance on button. We can just say that it is parasites at the Guadeloupe. And I'm 30, I'm battery with Alex, deuxième, troisième just at the time. And after it. After the vent, and then I'm for a session of bar interminable, two, three, two years ago, two days, a little bit, two days. It's a really good idea, but I push, push, push, and the class Benoit. And in fact, Benoît has a bateau of foil, but he cut a foil and he has a pump, which is that I have to run this night where you know he's incredible. We are at 50 miles of the river, but a little bit more than 100 kilometers, and we went at 15 minutes in the dark night. And he told me. The vacuum are very terrible. So I'm concentrated on my battle, I've got the IS there. I'm sorry, I got the door of me, alright. He is at 200 meters, I went to eyes and I've been here. And he said, and then we have a moment. We are all the two fatigued, the glottal. Oh, what you do? It's okay. I was after two years. So I removed my pot at two hours of the day, it's exceptional. And he announced that he has his bateau, and that was in a vague, he has abbey than what he had already abbeated. And I was two rapid than him, and he has already gotten the mini-trodat in eight years. And he had a movie super fair play, that's incredible. He said, Bravo, it's to me who got the mini-trodat, I'm content for you. And the emotions that were super stable. I was very content to my emotions for the course. I began to see a big rebond. It's enough to pass. And you turned like that. I took the hour. I was in Guadeloupe the night, the first week, 40 years. It's a bit particular. I think I've got a bit of a mess to celebrate. Did you say because we don't have a very party, but I have this project of the returns at the wall. And the retour at the wall, it's kind of the truth that I've been in the project, is to get the returns at the wall. And I think I'll put the time to explain. But normally when we have this transat, we make some bate on a cargo to work. And there are things who have to reach in print, but in the year there's nothing that we had. And there's two people who said that it was a wonderful idea. But my parents, the director of the Mini, the guy who have already had the ventilation, they said, but no, don't get that, it's too dangerous.
SPEAKER_01:Dangerous for what?
SPEAKER_00:A bateau that's not free for. The bateau is not fine for existing at the conditions. And we're face to face to the water, and the tempest of Atlantic North, it passes. And if he said he has a Mont Blanc, he has not put an elico to remote. And I would apply that and say if I'm a navigator in solitary who says travel the Atlantic, the retour is part of the voyage. And I will apply this retour, which means that it's not. But you know, my mini-trained is the one.
SPEAKER_01:That's what I'd say, because then I'm passing hyper rapidly. They're arrived at profit, in the celebration, or when you say you're gonna have to get this retour, but you can say, it's like the project, so you rest in tail.
SPEAKER_00:Okay. And you rejoice my family, I rejoice my two, you know. It's not fun. I'm not euphoric. I'm not euphoric. In fact, I realised on the day of the tour, a few years later that I realized. I prefer my wall to range for the port and the routine. But there's a moment where I exulted, it's um at the moment, there's a sort of tradition at the wall, so you have pick a food round. And I mean that and the champagne. The food and the champagne du gagnant, I totally met a inaccessible that I've got this that I profit. That I'm very easy and it would be bad sensations.
SPEAKER_01:And you're completely incredible. I've obviously this aspect. I was totally concentrated on the mini translat that I had obligated the return to the wall, which is kind of like it's the big. But the trace that I've, the route that you've imagined, was quite globally the same but in the same sense, or passed by the road?
SPEAKER_00:The trajectory is a little inverse. In fact, we went to the north at the end, we have a north, and then we arrived from the house of the Florida, we command to turn to the right, turn to the right. And so it's really a course in the sense for the depression invernal north. I would not change it. But also I said that it was quite possible that I arrived at the first time just in France, but there was an assort on the chemistry. And then I said that I arrived at the assault, it was exceptional. And so I was if you had reparated, it was possible at the sort. And I started, I did, and after three hours, I was asked that my internet function passe. I've got already the Guadeloupe that the internet function. Like I've got the bullet quand, I've already communicated on my adventure during the course. And I was quickly in the same condition that at the mini where it's interdicted. I've got just my telephone satellite that means to have 10 minutes of apps per year. It is less. No, no, and we're the mini tradition, we're 90 at the time, we're 86, 87 at the time. When you have the vent that passes in the big sense, the tour, there's no person who does, but they're in an environment of the competition, it's arrived. And it passed plenty the 10 years, 15 years, sauce that I think I went to the north, and for sure I said if you approach the room, plus it's dangerous, plus tempest, and I have my bottle that is in bad. And then I have my safra that, and there's one of the two safrans. And on the bottom, it's really there's two safrans at the bottom. So the bottom push away, the safety in the vent. And I have my safety in the vent that pets, and it's a bit. Once that I have my wall, I have my key that comes to put your key that basketball, there's a much on my and that trembling all the bottle. So I flipped much because my key rests in place. If you have the battery, it's a flip for that. And the fact I have a lot of money to dip the bottle. And it's the moment where I put the tempest. For we are at two years of. Alright, I put the bell, 30-35, 3 meters of vague. I feel tourney and I think that it's already the limit.
SPEAKER_01:Because I don't know, if you perhaps the bateau return, you have the less bateau, zone sécurity where you can have a chance that is previous to evit that it's low immediately and you cool?
SPEAKER_00:Alright, the bateau if it returned, it cools. But for the truth is to we have a ballist of drive at the border that with the satellite, and we have a radio to survive at the end, and we'll say to you. But at least your radio.
SPEAKER_01:Okay.
unknown:Okay.
SPEAKER_01:So you have a radio, there's a balis. Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_00:I have a tracker. No, I'm not part of mod Robinson Cruise. About the pool. No, no, I'm here. But in fact, I've got 10 minutes together, and I appreciate my pair who made a little meteor. And then he announced two years after the time, you can put 47, 4-5 meters of the vague, and that you're not the point. You can put it. And you're there, we don't have a cry, but my battery has six minutes, the vague of six meters, it's not really adapted. And I said very much, I've had to get it on this tour, it's clear. And it was really the truth to sit with the things that mean for progress, I should pass it, and then I flip it flip because it depends on me, it depends on the material. And I feel impure, I think. Because it's the bateau that decides to my sort of thing. After what I have, with the things that I have out of the border, I'm pretty sure to affect the tempest. I got all the reparations that you have, I do. But if the vague decides to cut it, to return to it, I'm impure. And that's a bit good for the moral.
SPEAKER_01:So you say that it arrives in two years and you can do it to evitate.
SPEAKER_00:Alright, I'm default on the booth. But I boost all this that I'm thinking a reflex of me also. And the tempest it during a diza. I turned the bar, but in fact it serves a grand chose because I don't care. I'm not a cop de noir. The vague decide what I'm doing of me. And at the moment I have the curve that went like the montagne rush. And at the moment it's telling bad what happens. I should watch that tempest Atlantic North and I'm in my grall. I'm really a little bit of my pearl. That's a sensation where you're rare to have it, I know. And I regard along, I've got this vague, I mean, I'm really a pet microphone. Come with the ballet. I'm really a big chance, and I flipped, I crashed, I should, I feel what I'm doing with my front and the bateau. I love the vague and I passed the bateau. Two, three days I say, it's funny, I'm ready to saut the radio. And then when there's a front that passes like that, there's a few things, for example at the large at the horizon, there's a cell that can be a little blue, which announces that it's enough to pass. But perhaps it could be anything. It's the cell black, and it's a no, and it's just a big eclipse. And then I think three days that really I was sure that it's a ciel blue, there's nothing that passes. And I think that I'm the truck, I've passed the front, and it's a liberation. I'm telling you. No, alright, gentlemen, I've had my pair who had prevented the people who were in the sort for maneuvering, and I had the motor in my battery. And you know, I was at port, but I didn't think there was a person who could change. So that was good. And it was very good. You had not been Thais Le Cam, the family of Jean who was also a very good family from which I had the whole I had the course in mini, and who was at the time on the panton for that was a really for me, it's enough to challenge human at the moment. It's been a 20 years that you're in my life, that's it, but they're content to have people who know a little bit the life for that compassion, I think. And then we have what we like couscous, Benjamin, who is the guy who gets a little bit the ship on place, who has a pet who has a little reparation at first, who is at the moment. Excellent.
SPEAKER_01:When you said the time that you've passed the tempest, you know that it's bad and you arrive at the sort, but the time you are the first time for you, because the day, or you are concentrated on the part of the travers?
SPEAKER_00:No, that I think just the reparations that we're gonna have. Come on to organization. I'm telling you, so I'm living. And then I did, it's not because we're 6 February, but I did my dose of wall for the 6th February I've done to me, I said. And we're a bit after the vacances of Noel. And then I think I think I'm gonna go to my family, I'll pass a little time with my fresh, and I'll survive the time for a bit of a program is to get the two, but April, when I read and get a bit of a term of reparations, you have to get on place, it's like the key, the safrance, but I think the key. No, I think there's done in France, not the. For the cycle, the bags and the paliers on the cycle that are referred to France. And there are two things also I'm obliged to work in France, but the two manteau. It's dangerous because there are two pieces that are super important and that determines if you have or that sufficient. And for the casque of safety, the part of safety that is casket, that is reparate for place.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, okay. Wow. Hallucinant. But I'll pose. Is that you have a relation a little special with your bateau when you pass a galera and you pass a lot of time? You personify a little bit. Is that a entity that has a proper eye, with what you parle, with which you partage the voice, or it has for you an out and a way to display?
SPEAKER_00:Alright, I believe Lily, my bateau. Okay. And then the people at me had just said that we addressed Lily. And it was detested also Lily. Because the moments of galera where I passed all the time and I don't get my course and I was content. But it's just exigeant. It's wonderful, I was in mind my bateau is hyper exigent, and you know, but it's hyper rapid, and you know it's been at the end of my exigence for a big duo, a big match. And I did not forget to tell you, but for me, we're hyper concentrated to connect to her battle in the sense, a bit like a pilot of the voice, to re-quilibrium of bateau, the bruit. The bruis is super important. When we're at the end and it resins, we arrive at knowing if it's not very regular, if the bottle taps and it abims, or if the right that cools on the vague.
SPEAKER_01:Okay.
SPEAKER_00:I'm very content to have you, but I'm going to forget to revive, you know. But encore a while, I think at the time of the manche. We had to put time in Guadeloupe to reparate the bateau. The repair was more fit and it's really an enseignment of the preparation after the day. It's not normal that you went with a very big that's a year. It's not normal that my team had started the bateau of the bottom to know that there was a shot. It's really an exigence of the preparation after the defiance, and it's not. And mer it's not happening, in fact. I was content to be there. The only thing is that it's a problem technique of preparation on the apprentice is less.
SPEAKER_01:Excellent. So you said on Swiss. The objective is to reunion the phone, I'll imagine recuperate a bit to finish this travel in April.
SPEAKER_00:Statistically, it's quite simple. We have April, March, November, December. It's not mid-December. So in plane year, it's statistically, maybe the bateau of Vendeglobe started at Horta. It's normally a bit simple. The bateau is a vendor, and you know I'm not the idea to get a double with the project or something like that. Oh là là, Lily. The deal was fine like that. I think that it would make a pet pincement on the club. But now in fact, the show, travel a little bit on the project. And I've got a documentary, a little film on the mini translat and the retour, and it's partake those images, get the picture of the pet film at the front and ghost, which I travel.
SPEAKER_01:Is it displayable? Accessible to the great public or is it the diffusion?
SPEAKER_00:No, alors for the time it's a diffusion private, and we have a festival that will be in Swiss, but I'm there. If you have a person who is interested, cinema, I'm trying to change the diffuser a bit more at the grand public. I've not forgotten to make the great platform. I think there's an experience a little intime to be on place, to make the projection, to present the public, to explain. It's kind of qualitative.
SPEAKER_01:But what the prochain projects, a while that we have gotten the mini-transat, we're interested to what?
SPEAKER_00:We said they're célèbre, you have plenty of ports, oh but you have a project for the project. All my sponsors are very showing to work, but in fact it's like a very big sponsors. You could not do at the base. I lancer on a project mini, that's sure. And I'm not really visiting for the moment with what I've got. So I decided to get to the very bateau. There are plenty of ideas. The Catamaran, I've just enjoyed it to work. I think there are long distance in Catamaran. It's a super project. Fair multicop, I'm a good trimaran and traversing the Atlantic on a Trimaran like that in solitary. I think that was incredible.
SPEAKER_01:Excellent. Excellent.
SPEAKER_00:It was kind of the message principal and it's what I'm applying. And in fact, it's the moment where the pepper, it's the moment where we can get it. It's like where we can create.
SPEAKER_00:Exactement.
SPEAKER_01:Merci à toi, merci beaucoup Mathis. A une prochaine. Bon vent. Bon vent.
