The premier is to découvrir des univers fascinants en rêve. Avec mes invités, on ira naviguer sur toutes les mers du monde. On participera à des expéditions dans les régions polaires ou en Himalaya. On découvrira l'envers du décor de l'entrepreneuriat et du sport de haut niveau. The deuxième is to aid to grow in vos propres rêves and passer à l'action grâce au partage of these invités exceptionnels. We sous-estimors largely what we are capable, physically or mentally, and I'm convaincu that a petition will débouche with a great changement. We have in more 4000 semaines to vivid on there, already autant vivir à fond. For this episode special, I reçois Steven Leyarik, aventurier professionnel and ultra cyclist, with which I've been enregistried in June 2021. This is episode 30. After Steven, we have the occasion to partake a great moment on the PTL, and we have discovered an homie of conviction passionate by her pratique and franchement inspirant by l'ampleur des techniques in the quest.
You have my rêves of enfants, in the Italy, until the world of the cow-boy, a little bit into Luke Luke and my trucks of the Indiana Jones and I don't know who, but no, I've had the rêve of great train finished who traversed the desert, the route 66, the monuments, grand public that the world. It's a little dream big. The US is kind of a people continent where you say 4500 kilometers, it's like I traversed six, six times the France, you know, it's not a very good, but it's a little bit that way. And traversing the France six times, passing by the mountains, passing by a moments of plain, the very plant, and routes that are for line of all forms of humanity. I follow gentlemen, merveillance, I follow just human. And uh, I've had other rêves that were the tour divide, pure and dure, that's certainly the course the plus historic, the big course of ultra endurance on the world, a vélo. Um a true legend like Michael, like those who have their role and who have marked the story of our sport. And traversing the US, it's kind of a cool to say I traversed the East United north to the south, this fair. It was 4000 and I got North Cape, the record of the 20 hours, and it's 4400 kilometers, you can go distance the route at 95%. I traversed a quinza people. It's kind of cool that you pass a bit of a 400 km in Canada, but they're kind of in a row where you have 4000 km at the East United. And it's like if you went on the North Cape, you went to Slovenia and I was just in Cap North, it was 4000 boards, and it was passing a lot of people in Europe. There were places where it was really a clack of doing it. When I was in Russia, it's passing in Russia, I had 150 or 200 boards. 200 boards, it's not a journey on the divide. No, but what I'm saying is that we put the distance, you know? It's on ultra on the route, it's 450 and 700 km per year. And on gravel, you're under 250 km and 400 km per year. And if you say 400, it's exceptional, right? It's really funny.
SPEAKER_01:I was a bit because I recorded when I started our échange. I recorded a little course equivalent of the tour divide and I was coming on the Transam Bike Race. So you have a traversing US, but coat west, coat west. And for me, it's quite, I think, I don't know if it's the route. And in fact, it's the route, and you call the day, it's 6000 bornes, so it's 6800, but more long as the tour divide. For example, the time for the 6800 bornes is quite the same as the tour divide. It's 16 years, 17 years, so we're happy that même if it's quite long, it has just to work in terms of efforts, of kilometers travel in one journey, it's not to work.
SPEAKER_02:If you don't compare a trial, it's like if you used l'éco-trial Paris and the 90 du Mont-Blanc, if you caricature, we're very late.
SPEAKER_01:Or UTMB PTL for party of a truck that we have.
SPEAKER_02:Ouais, UTMB PTL, the sort of thing, is that you've got a bit of endroits PTL sur la D right. Mm-hmm. Or when you arrive at these ends where you say you're 1m40 of the neighbor, you put a trace of vélo, I don't know how they are passed, but I'll pass it because you say that there's person who passed on to you, like the three or two that were over there, the great part of the course, but there's probably not a great one that passed, dividers, they have a divide in one sense or another. And they're marching, but you know in march or you have the same as the veto, or the same trajectory and that. But in realist 4-4, in caricature, there's a great piece of 4-4. Therefore, there's a lot of pier, there's a lot of boots, it's a garbage absolutely perfect, but there's not a great person who should do that sort of VTT, with a suspension, but no suspension, but it's a velo rigid, but a little bit very comfortable. They're in autonomy total, which is relative. That's where you have a ravital to the organization. You have an organization, but you have essence, 50 mice, 100 mice, 200 mice, 350 mice where you have to change or to buy, and you caricature pastime. Francis at the time there was 45 and 50 degrees, and there's a passage where there's 250 or 300 mice where you have to do it, then it will be a little bit in his head, so it's been 24 hours.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, because I understand the notes you have a tour divide, etc. So I went a bit the delay. For example, I've believed that it was when you say there's an organization, so demain if anyone says I'll get the tour divide, there's not really a date of department, in fact. It's a little you lances when you're a defiance in reality, that's it?
SPEAKER_02:There are two things. So that's the Continental Divide on the which we are in the chapter. We have a great boat, a little after the divide. It is the initial, it's like the historic of the tour divide. And in fact, there were people who traveled the East United, like that, they put a trace, they put it, like the Great Simalaya, like the Palace. And in fact, there's 4-5 mechanics I caricature, but it is very good, which were like for the UTMB, like for those, but it's to see what is the rapid. Because Jean-Michel, you had in 1992, but there was a passage where we had the bull, Didier, it's just Jason, Pete, and I think that it was in 1993 or I think the first edition, it's the zone. They said we'll get a course, it will apply the tour divide on the tracks of the divide. And the mechanic. There was a mean who rolled with me who was Pete, and the mechanic we had a cart. He marked at the maison blue with the blue, we had to go to the right. When we arrived at a montagne that released a poison, a poison, we had to turn at the rock. And that's 4250 kilometers.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02:And then the mechanic by 40, 50 years, 60 years, for certain plus. And it was an adventure of 10-15. And after it had an ample time. After he had to batch his hand, he bought his record, he had a time 13 years and 20 years with a four rigid, a veloci and it was a little Kylian journalist. In real he had all what he could. For him, it was a course and the performance, evidently he had all the spirit like a Kylian with all that, because they're a champion on the world. There's a lot of work, a lot of reflection on your practice, the spirituality, for the world. But it was a machine of game, and then personally. Then with a vessel a little bit modern, etc. It's not in so long, you know, but personal because two years there's a quick. It's a trial running, so it's really very PTL. And you put your 5 and 6 hours, I think. 15 hours for the early days, if it's not.
SPEAKER_01:I think that I had 5-7 kilometers, but okay, 50%.
SPEAKER_02:Your velo fits under 15 and 25 kilos. The mechanic has a matelas. The matelas is a true for two person. Sauf que the girl will have a tour of the way, you have a vélo and abuse. So it has a tendency to reduce, you know. But it's like when we have the PTL, tu has already a guy with a sack of rando with 80 litres, you know. And he doubles with a chaussure at scratch with an accent italic and you say the doubler now. In fact, the mechanic is a guidos a guidance italien who has 50 minutes the Mont Blanc, he's a plaquett. And to matos, you're telling the battles 15 minutes to say, I think I'm a big model, you have to cut two hours, tu as the two pair because they are and then you are with the random and that it's really that. At the end of the divide, you have a mechanism like when I've had Northscape, there were a mechanic with a retrovisor, the vessel and they regard because I will switch, you know. So they have to have the matter, they have a duvet that fellow 10 degrees, you know, they have to have a duet that is 2-3 kilos. So there are performers that you know like Ulrich, like Sociane Selly who is this, but he had the day, and they have a velo. And if you have a velo at 18-20, I have 80 kilos, so you less 5 and 15 kilos at that time. And there are men who have 65 kilos who have a velo of 12-13 kilos. The Belgian who had 3-4, not just 7 minutes away in the top 1, he double, there's no prolongator, passe than the app, pas prolongator, he doesn't make the coudge, like the pads, he has just a road to pose the control. And he has. And he turned his baby in three days. They are bad. And when he doubled, I said he went for three days, it's not possible. And evidently he fractured a nos at the end, he put the main. Because it's a little long, like the PTL, you don't have all the material the world. At the moment it does, it should be assumed, it will say that you can pick it if you put the button or if you courage your shoulder on a rocket. For your shoes is not in two. If you have a ultra, you decouple, your is more, you break. Alex House who passed 10 or 15 years from the pro, who is also champion of the Later with cyclism, but the most fun. So that's for it's a bit engaged.
SPEAKER_01:But like you made a story, it's too bad, you know, but the difference of climate between the Canada and the Mexican, I was not really thinking, you know. But the passage in the neighborhood, I've got two photos where we see that it's not a pet, but it was happy to be a sacred champion. It's important for courses that are so exactly to prepared, evidently physically in terms of material, but also from a point of view mental, what you can change, took the spirituality. You know that this phase of preparation, you appear and in what you're doing?
SPEAKER_02:There were other things, for one, there are just three things in my text. There's my problem personal to say if you really perform, to get a performance physical and also a result. That's one you have what I think, I have enjoyed, I have enough to travel the East India, it's the intention. And three, I have enough to use it. And in fact, at the moment where I was, I'm so stressed, like I should be on the PTL. Little moments of my life where I said I had the control of me. It's kind of a little bit more easy than the past, when I did that, cyclist. But I don't know, I've been in the US, I have 15 miles, the aeroport, the taxi, the lunch, and you put a cable, I put in Calgary, I have 600 bands for me, and the 600 bands they have, you know. And I'm stressed, I'm super stressed, so I'm prepared for six months in what I think I say you have all your life to prepare at these PTL, you have 10 years to go to what you're doing, after you apply things all the time, you have a course of preparation, etc., but it's not the day that you're that prepared at the PTL or at the tour divide or another course in the world. It's all that you've done in the past that humbles and okay meck, now you will use the flash that you buy for three years and you build your life. And in the fact you're stressed, I do not, but you prepared, but there's always the doubt of 15 times. And so, from all the concurrents, you know what. You know, we say that there's a grizzly, we say that there's ours, we say that there are the map, we say that there's a change of temperature that is of the order of 0.5, 0.10 degrees, or more in certain days, 50 degrees in North Mexican. I don't abuse, it was 48 degrees at Mont Garmin the two earlier days. And that's analysis. You don't have to do the Mont Blanc, you know, there's the Mont Blanc. And then you can get the Montblanc, and at the moment you're in traveling a desert where it is 50 degrees. And so you put the technique of the vessel filling 45 kilos, and so you say, Steven, for the Atlas Mountain Race, it was more than 17, passage of the world. So you use that, the pneus have so used, you have that, but it's not. And you eliminate all the zones of that for all the episodes, I think. To get that confiance of it. That I've already done it, that I've already done it, the blue I've already done, I've already passed that I've already passed a call at 3000. It's very good, for example, in the Colorado, and you know I'm at Shamoni, and I explained that to my movie maker of the Mongolia. I said, Kyrian, the Colorado it was fine. The one said it's faster. And in fact, the Colorado is not good. It's just that we're on a piece of 4x4, a great pin of 4x, you felt 100 miles, and after 100 miles we're under 2500 and 3700 meters. And for this moment, it was zero and 40 degrees. I went to a coin, I was at 2200 meters, it was 27, 20 degrees. Imagine, it's like you went to Chamonix and the PTL we have 20 degrees at 3000 meters, you know. It's 10, border, look at me, it's a limit because you're a little dishydrated, you're a little bit fatigued, the water taps, it's short. There's a parameters that are supplemental to the altitude and the calories, because when you're at 2000, you need 25 and 20% of oxygen, oxygen, calories that is important. And it's at two hours. You're at 10 km in the call, because there's a call of 25 borders, and you went to a station of ski, and you say we in France in a station of ski, there's a basket, you have a bad, you have seven boards, you have a bond, you have 150 boards. And there's a essence for a route, and you're and you're okay, bad, I'll go to 70 because then you'll go. So you have that all the time because at the time you're at the I prepared, I didn't know, and in fact you find 2 litres of Sprite and Coca-Cola per year, so you have all the verse in your life, to do the Sittles after you have to do a sneakers after I was joking at the time. But do you have a fast food, burrito, and at the time, I sure do a thing that I evidently doing, but also that I missed it, because I can do it. I did not do it. So that's right. The only thing that prepares it, is for example a PTL or when you have a caravan or Halaya. But there's always the spirit in the Halaya, or in the way in your head, you know that there's a lodge in 10 kilometers.
SPEAKER_00:Right.
SPEAKER_02:Right, right, right. But you're very, but that's that's good. It's really good, is to say it's not good. I'm at 8 km, it will turn three years, but the life is cool, alright.
SPEAKER_01:But with all that you said, what I've heard of what you're talking about the episode, I think there's a moment that means it's the lunch, in fact. And what I explained, there's a lot of parameters, tiny impressions, it's totally interesting from each, you can't prepare that. And there's an event of moments difficult, but when you have the stories on your passage at the frontier American, franchise I said, but how do you have to remobil? I think there was a fatigue, etc. It had really very reloupent. And I said frankly, if you arrive at a remobilization after a thing that's affected, chapeau, and you know, because you turned quatrième, you're not attacked the objective that you wanted, but it's kind of okay that you've realized. So, from a point of view, I have the impression that it's kind of one of the great events that you're watching. You know that the casual, it was one of the things the difficulty or not for it.
SPEAKER_02:But in fact, what happens at the moment is that there are other things, but the first thing is that in my mind, after I had my microscopic care of cyclist, I always say that the veto is a job. The air is a job. Clearly, when you comment a video, when you have seven or seven years, it will be a job, but evidently when you make parents or two boards, you see at two boards that it's a job. Like the course at the page, like all the sports, like the box, it's not the food, it's not a rugby, it's not the golf, they're not doing it. So it's good. But I have the pretension to say that already physically I'm right at the time of this episode, I'm ready. I'm in the capacity to get this map, to drive, and just move, Justina, Yahoul Rich, who knows, but there are many people who know, there are La Wilcox, there are other legends of ultra endurance that are there, and there are three people who know there are three, but don't wait the record of Michael. So I think that it's good, I think that it is very good, I think that the name is not very easy in the history. And there's another thing that's that I'm not, I've got the East Unit, so I have plenty of sources of the time I said I'm gonna work. I'm with companies and I move one year, two days, I've got my 400 kilometers, there is a borne, we're at the front, Lael Wilcox, one of the very great legends already of the ultra, living and activity. A fan who's fancially, and he made plenty of people at the practice. And I come at the front, I'm super content, I got two, three blocks on the descendant. I said, you detest that and you'll see, but I don't know like that. I said I don't know a fan like that. I'm not, I went very like a battery. I went very sick and my room. It double, I went to the interior and I said, Wow, okay, I'm capped, they're very super cool. So we sit at the Caleb, who is a guy of Alaska who has not experienced but who is really super mech and we arrived at the front and I said I saw two, but they are two Americans, I said I will let pass because I said that I perfect, I'm frankly, but at a time I have a great problem. And then I arrived and the game said and I said that there's a drape on my hand, you know. A flag, like I was a terrorist, and I went, so I signal to him, and in my head I said, I'm sure what I'm doing from connerry, and when I had seven years and I was a conner, I said that I didn't get by my parents, and you said what I'm doing. I didn't. I'm in a demon, three hours, three hours, it went to pass the front, it's a course and the guy and said, I will explain the big thing to do for you now is to put your velo, you get a meeting, and you go away from the Canada. And if you can do another concept, the East United. And then I picked a cap, I'm nervous with the ego, you know. I said, I don't know. I'm a mean who does. You have that, that, that, that, that, I do that. I'm saying, Okay, why you did not say that you're in Iran? You did not think that you're in Iran. I've signed all the cases on saying no, no, no, is it we have the alcohol, the drugs, is we had a chair illegal. And I in my head, it's not is if we are in Yemen, on Iraq. No, no, no, no, no. The guy in the Star and the authorization to pass. And in fact, I had a flag on my own because I interdicted the territory in the East United. And I said, I went there, really, I said I'm not gonna go, I'm gonna go to the front and say that's the fight and I crack, you know, I got it if you're just we can discount two seconds and there's no discussion, the whole discussion that you can have, is to enter the Canada, let's pass in the other side, return where you are, but in the right bar-to-virulant. He said, Mm, I want to say one thing. When I was here and I told my story, I said, Mike, I have the release to travel your place. Let's pass. I'm in course. You know, the L Wilcox, I wanna pass. The course. I revealed 15 people passing by. And he went to energy. And he remained an hour after he said, Okay, I let pass, you don't need$500, you do$500 and I have a temporary passport. It turns out two years, and you do sign a paper that you and you vocally, jamais you don't work in the East United Forever. And he read a moment. Forever. And that resonated in my head. Forever. And in my head, I think there's two reps of friends, you know, the drink, Lucky Luke, pain, and I went, I went to, and then I watched three times for the Wi-Fi, almost to contact them from my room, my people, my family, say that it is. And then I'll go a different time and say, let's go. He said, Okay, you do sign this paper, you do. And I'll pose two questions. He put some questions, he reposed two questions, but there are things of the entire questions of the staff, plus the things, he put my portable for two hours, what they have. He got all my photos, all my localizations before I left. And I pass. And I would say that in my head, this notion of the intention that I did at this course, I instantly perfect. When I went to the front, I'm pleased. In fact, I please because all the crowns that I have about the liberties, human, the right of the life, all the ideas about what you say is noble, it's super, it's a reason, continue. It's a make lip, Steven. You have to do it. I really hope. At this moment, I believe. I've been at this moment. I did all the time that I could have in my job of. It's a little bit arrogant to say that, but it's my people, gravel man, and adventure. I do, I do. At this moment, I do because it is very at the end. And so I don't know. He went two seconds, I live at Oreca, I went to a land, in a boomatic, there's a Wi-Fi and I post the stories and I talk to my entrance. I should have one ISIM, it worked, two ISIM, so I'm always in group there's contact with them. And I don't have. And if you have a place, you don't have a ISIM in the United States. In fact, it is. I got a three. I think I cleaned 400 euros of ISIM sort of. I got service on me, there's no job, there's no shit, like you can go to a ball, but normally I'm a cheval at 100 kilometers of the river in course. When I got Northscape, I went to energy on me at 100 bornes of the river. When I was after the Finland, you don't enter an EP in the first month on you vertical like a chevalier, you have photos your cookies, you're in a row, there are two feet on the air, and you say I'm a monster. It exists, you know. Some of that I saw at 95%. I'm at 95%, I do one, two, three, I went to the person like that, and in my test, I said, it's terrible, it's insane. In my test, I said that. I said, they won't go, you know. Although the same person who didn't go to me, it was me. I was just going to get mal and to say, 'Putain the mercy,' you know. I was telling me that I said, Fait or more, you're obligated. And I was malware two years. So I passed what 45 at 6 or 7. And I was at 7-8th, and I went to the end. And the way, I doubled the gas, I think they had the double of their vitesse. I double Alex House, the ancient property enough to replace his pneumonia and said, Mec, I'm like, and I said there's a ray in the mind. It's really a mechanism to arrest, because if you arrest, you know, you're two years. And I said, No, no, let me get to it in your course. And in real time I got the head during two, three years. I do the next week, I turned to a guy who is in pinon fixed, and then you return to the show, the mechanic is in single, single speed, we went to the call and he said, And then he said just you can make a front. I went to three moon and lion, so they're a couple. And I heard my angle is very important. But then I said, I don't know what you want to say. I was very happy. He said, No, right here, regardless of the boat, there's two moon lions. We went to see seven people in B at 20 meters. He said, I don't know. You don't know, right? He said, it's not a question of it, it's a question we're having 55 dollars of sneakers and bars at the bottom in my sack, but I said I'm not for sneakers. And then I said we cast, we got 20 mice, we were decapitated. We couched at 30 years, and then he balled the baby and he said, I'm saying, but it's a tent one person. I said, I said, I don't just dorm in a room, I'll just sit with me, I'll just park, we discute. He said, Okay, okay, I'm gonna go to the night already. I said at 3h, 3h30, I dare the tent. I lost, I fax in the truck, and I did, I think I done one hour and meet, he regards and say, No, it's insane. I said, No, no, he's 5-6 hours, I think. And then I do 1 hour and I pass, I refer one or two people, there's a Belgian, I got$60 in a shop, supermarket. I have the connection, I work with them who are super interesting. And my course continues just at the end where I put Caleb. I've got two days, I've got 20 hours, I was like 50 or 21 hours to go where I was. And I was dangerous.
SPEAKER_01:I've got 50 hours to recuperate the 4 hours.
SPEAKER_02:Oh, but they are. You're a lavomatic, I think I've been 15 and we're gonna, you're in the end of the game, but I'm not perfect, but when you're in the course, it's not right. It's not the same. So I reprend and it's explosive, and I refer and I'm super free to the world, and then there's another course that represents a two phase that's pretty playing.
SPEAKER_01:So the motor of the story, in fact, is that in your life precedent, I imagine with the project 666, etc. I'm in a play that the US are flagged. And after you have been informed, I basculated on a list of persona non-grata for the US.
SPEAKER_02:And then when it's valid, it's valid. Sure where I lived in the back, I said I'm gonna read my spam and that. And in fact, in my spam, I had a notification that says that I had a two mail of notification that said that my validation was annually, and that I could be in the East India, but in my head, I was bad, you know, I was tranquil. Because I was in Iran with Perrin. We went on a summer that was the Dabavan. It was a micro project. I thought it was an espion of American. But no, I was living in 26, 40, I don't know if it was 26 or 40 hours in Iran to monitor a summer at the pied, and it's for that I was flagged. And after they started my truck, he said, But why don't you pass a little time in Maroc? And the mechanism made quite a puta that I'm jumping in the East United in face of my visa rush, just in face. Express, until t'inquiète mech, that server left, but it's not a bluff, you know?
SPEAKER_01:It's very jumping to foot the pieds.
SPEAKER_02:Frankly, I'm not enjoying it to pose this question. I'm just enjoying me that I heard an American people exceptional. To what could be at the front has been pretty effaced. It's at the end, it's a room at the end of me, a room a little bit. But I heard tiny people extraordinary, telling people who have written the sympathy, the bienveillance, divers, where I'm in galloping, where I captured, I believe these things in service, they made I don't know. I achieved the parts of pizza, I lost the comptoir, and I'm telling you explosive. When you drive 24-30 hours, I don't know how you say, I laid my booth on the comparison and the people, or you have your telephone. My telephone is an act. I've explosed my telephone and I perhaps. But it's because I was too connected, I don't know. I talked too after the courses with them, I have too much of them, there's a lot of humanity in my life and my practice of ultra that the life is a little bit, I think.
SPEAKER_01:I think that it's hyper interesting this analysis that I have, you know. You say, there's this event, but it doesn't effacate all the things hyper rich that you have after that and after that.
SPEAKER_02:No, it's not turning the page, but in fact, if you had the time and enerving and the rage, it's right, that rage, you know. It doesn't work at what? The American people are doing it. No, I'm not like that, I'm not, I'm not, it's always when people do, or there's a very in my head, in my life, but I think if it's an individual or an administration who has regions absolutely strict, completely incomprehensible for those, not for those, but a lot of those. And so I knew a migrant, like those people who have things in the world that are very great and vital than me. And I don't have the way to go to my girl. Because there are people who say, 'Te you can get a conference about what the Legends. You can see the human fear.' Okay, okay, but I don't get in a position of I'm a victim. We're a victim, it worked three hours, it's my course because it puts 80 and 100 miles at this moment. And it blessed profoundly, you know. But it's like that. After Lael, when I see Caleb, when I see that, when I watch all the names, Pete, Steve, all the Eric that I've heard, it was super. They were super. And at that time, each they excuse me for their life, you know. And that was very touched. And the pipe is LaL. I'm very happy. I think it's not like that. And LaL. There's no problem. It's not because you have a guy in the room who is pouring in a place that I think that the people is pouring. And I said, We're rude. I said franchise you're rude. I'm saying, No, no, I'm sorry, not for us at the end of the territory. The règles are really strict. So you rest in the clous, so then you sit, it's like this-there to please and now it's advanced. And I think that it's my fault, and basta, if you say that it's the fault of the others, it's pretty difficult and it's pretty good.
SPEAKER_01:It's interesting what you're explaining about the moment you had to say I'm running, I went, I've been where I was at moment of the front, and after we go. You have seen this trigger where you're passing in a phase of appeasement after the others?
SPEAKER_02:It's clear, it's the L. He regarded and he said he regarded, Hey, it's bad. I said, I'm saying, I'm seven, Steven, I said, I mean, you can go. I'm saying, you can get it. I said, I'm saying you can go, Steven. I'm saying I'm bad than ever. Just make that bad than all the time. Then you thank you for two or three years, you know, you manage a little bit, normal, it's funny, it's funny, you can. You continue to sit down. And in fact, if you saw, there was a moment, because there were a moment at a person like the PTL, you said I was with your pot, you told me for six hours. I wondered, in my mind, it was just good. And then we tapped the bar, but I said it's really it's good. I said it's a certain idea of the darkness. I said in Angela, I said it's a certain idea of the doing. And I explose 15 million times. After I used an imitation of Thomas Vauclair who made a dance at the tour of France, a mechan who is completely, who said double, and pleased, you know. And in fact, they tapped the barboy three or four years, which is kind of dangerous for these course. Normal you know, and you're a long fluff, not very tranquil, solo. But I had to say I have an human who is at me and who does what I say. And in fact, I apported also a thing that I said, but frankly, I think we're good. And I said, We're doing great, we're doing and it's really the reason they are 10 years, 10, 100, 10 years positive than us. He said, frankly, there's no I think that we're not because I think that we are good. And he said, No, it's super good, it's super good, Steven. And I said, But it's what the timing parce you have connection, there's a piece of American. I've got a liaison with an entourage or just the tracker, you know. And I said, No, no, no, no, but frankly, we have 10 kilometers, we have 10 mice, we got some mice or something. We discutted that, plus the rest. And then I saw the map and said that it was like that, it was like that, and I was very happy. Because I said what it was that I said it's a starlight, and it's not really that, you know. It's all the verse, it's a mess. And it's the great communication of ultra endurance, clearly, in veto. And Caleb the lending he felt at the roller, but the talons. And uh he has the tendon, and I said, You never have a fracture of the mental. It's about 20 hours that we are. He said, No, no, he said, I didn't say put two litres, apèse-toi, franchise, stress. He said, No, and then I'm with two legends, and he said please in the chamber and I'm with two legends, I'm a mercy. There's no legend. Then we are a poil from you. We have two maillot like to watch, we'll change, we'll achieve, we'll stay around, we'll get a bad journey of veto. Then we're playing over 6 and 20 hours of vélo, and it's another time, and then we'll go. And I said, The show is simple, it's the game. That's good, and I said, I'm sorry. And then they said, We are the same. We are the same, mechanic. The same difference is that you're not confiance, and we have super confiance, you know. And it's the same difference. And in fact, he has finished his course, you know. He had 16 or 17 years on their full, it was his timing. And they had just seven, I think. It has deshydrates severe, there was a great case of asthma very carabined because there's incendies, plus the poussière. You put your time at your time at the time because you put two packages of club per year, because you're all the time in the poussière. I do have two or three allergies different and other because I've been just at now. And then after you have the poussière, I'm dingling, you're gramining, the poussière, there are 15 things very great like that. And then I put the ventiline. And the top 10, I think there's one person who needs to.
SPEAKER_01:Ah wait. Ah, okay.
SPEAKER_02:I think I'll make the pied in the place for all these derivatives of the practice because it's fatiguing, I think. You know that is a asthmatic, too, machine, but the one has a machine, everyone is allergic at the poussière. Oh, I don't roll 350 in a bread. But that's it.
SPEAKER_01:That's what the ventoline is.
SPEAKER_02:It's like if you respond in a piece, when you're asthmatic, you have a crazy, you respond to a piece in caricatural and makes a little bit more great and you respond a little bit normally. So all the factors aggravate, the poussière, the pollution, and the rest.
SPEAKER_01:But if you're not asthmatic, it permitted to have less volume also at the inspiration, or something.
SPEAKER_02:It was Chris Holmes, the pocket on the tour of France, in the way of manner visible, because the camera was posted on 24-24, and the mechanic had his rate of line and he made what the shit and the camera, you know. And you had a long scandal. Then we parle a little bit more, but I think that's a little oof, but it's like that. It's legal an ordinance, you know, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:It's a little aspirine on the marathon or the things that I'm saying.
SPEAKER_02:L'aspirine is to change the dosard. Wait, wait, wait. But then on the PTL, before you have a anti-inflammatory, you regard, I have a little bit of it. Because you know, if you put a drink, it's enough the double and it will intervene, or you can just repousse the truck to deboit the tête.
SPEAKER_01:Uh, the retard after the frontier, and then tu as entamé a two phase where you're with. It's like the early year. Because L, when he had his problems, etc. at this moment? T'as continué?
SPEAKER_02:No, no, no, we're just at Atlantic City, and it's like Beaufort, but it's not Beaufort, it's Beaufort, I think just two measures. It's a village alpha, but it's not the big example. I don't know in France what village, a village of Auvergne where they have all the commerce and they have just two meetings, where there are. And there's an easy environment with a mechan who needs it. Oh Pina who has it's who has the booth in the village. So you're and then you see that he has two sneakers, three packages of chips, and then for you it's Disneyland. You say, you know, and then he regards and angry we're at 30 miles. We are at 20 miles with Chris. Chris Burkhard is quatrième with Esra, an American. Ezra and Joe Nation finally troisième at the time. And I mean they are at 20 miles. You have 24 hours to go, you know. Sure that in my text, like a Google, in fact it's like at the PTL you had an equipe who's at 20 kilometers. And then I said I think in three hours I'll go. So it's rolling a little, a little, a little bit. And I said, okay, I can go, it was 14-15.
SPEAKER_01:And at the moment, you're on a section plot DFCI?
SPEAKER_02:Là, you're at a pistol of the enfer. T'es sur une pistol that, if you have the bow, it's the wanda. C'est-à-dire que it's a bow that they appear peanut butter. It is a bowl that you're. It runs. That's their route to us, it's departmental. And I regarded him and I said it with a wheel, and I said, It's time, and I said, It's time. Steven, I think it's the moment to go. And then in my head, there's a declench, and I'm an animal. I say, Okay, okay. We want a big at 15% during one bond. I arrived and you have a single, I say, and I saw the door, bam, nothing on three hours, they're really at the front of the fine. And then I went two mechanics, they have a group of retreat American. They went on the map and they were trying to plant their tent. And I said, Is there a girl who are passed? And I said, We're saying, I said three minutes. Oh my god. And then I made the time that I was. And in three or three hours, I went to each, I doubled like I was. I said, they're really cool. I said, Mike, you have seven years. I went, I rent, and I said, and too late. I explained, I said, I'm a little bit energy. I've got that, this, at the frontier, mechanic, we are telling me. Chris Burkard, you have a great personality, but he's a California, super mech, you know, super ralentic. He said, Mec, see, we're not like that in the East United, it's not. I said, Nothing, problem in my attention. Just he's low. He said, I'm very low. He said, I'm at 100 miles. And then I said, Merde, I'll never do that for 24 hours to go like if it was a tour of France, you know. I said, I don't know, we're resting. He said, but now we're arriving in a zone where there's a bow. And in my head, I said, it will be two boards. I'm not so good. Oh, 50 borns, frankly, in my life, I've had the bow, I had a problem, I picked a drink on my vessel. And then they're in a room, it's like the peanut butter. It's a very true where you rent, you know, jump. At the moment I have a block down, I have 25-30 hours, it's bad for the pistol of 4-4. I planted, I've got a solid where the vélo rest down and then I bascule. I'm like, oh, at the moment I turn my front, I perform my front for the rest of the time. And I said, Okay, it's that. It's that the thing. You're going to reflect all the trajectories and where there's a low, because if you have a lot, you can network tone, but you rest. You rest stuck, you rest blocked down, but blocked, blocked. You don't turn your root at a time or down. And I said, I didn't know. And you came there 50 bands of batay, and I did three or three hours after each week. And in fact, the weather that would have been 22 hours, 23 hours to reach at the normal, it transforms in 4 hours of the matter. They arrive at 5-6 hours, they are at 7. And I did two hours or three hours, and after the battery, it during 4-5 years. No, more than that. Alright, two years, and after I picked my pédaliers.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, I was not sure. I've picked my pédalier.
SPEAKER_02:In fact, like the book from a I was telling me that we had two RAM of the course, we had all picked our body. It's a minimum, because it was very long at a magazine of the time. And the first magazine of the velo 50-60 miles at Brush Mountain. I got my pédalier and I said I'd go to magazine. The magazine of the 18 hours, I was at 20 hours at the village. And then you say if you attend 4 plus 8, I say no, I don't attend that. You're 4 hours per night, you will not restore 15 hours in an hour, you know. And I continue, I went the night with the boat that tour like that. Come if you had a velo that you've had at 10 euros at the bond, you know, because the truck is really explosive. And then the truck is at 5 kilometers of Silverstone. There's a guy who arrives with an panneau. Yeah, I went to his go to divide rider, machine, I see the truck, and I say, Wow, there's a supporter, it's okay. I'm filming for the documentary. I put my portable, I glitched my mind, I put 50 hours in a day. I picked the telephone in a million morphels. It marked. And on the way I said, Well, it's not very good, but I had already seven borne, and during the six, I'm trying to reflect what I did. In fact, I did all the connection with the world, all the Wi-Fi that I could have, all the timing, all the relationships that I could have, Michael, all the people who would say Steven, it's super and Instagram. And all the rest, Facebook, WhatsApp, right. Put contact with where the people are. It's like you're at the tour of France, there's noise that you go to the house for two minutes, two minutes. And I have all my argument on my contact on telephone. And I don't pay. And I went to the station service, I regard the guy, hey, he said? No. I achieved$60, I need 80% of what I achieved. And I say, I don't know what the mechanic and I say, it's a magazine of veto. Then I changed my boat and then we're doing 15 magazines, applauding, rich ne marched. I demanded portable gentlemen in the magazine of vélo. They appear the other magazines. We appreciate an ultimate magazine at 10 miles. And the guy said, I'm a boat, but I'm in 20 minutes. I put my vélo. The vélo is par terre. The guy said to me the truck. I put the veto, I went to magazine, he changed the drink. I marked with a supporter of La L. I said, Mike, I'm going to pay a pizza, I'm just going to do it with a person. I'm just going to have an am for two hours in a moment. Please, my life. He called his life. And I said, Okay, LaL is super content to work, me, because it should be. And I perfect time. I went doubling by Joe Nation who doubled in the magazine. He's the first time of my life that I did attack in a magazine of sports. He put two hours in the magazine, clearly, because I'm blocked. And I refer to me. I replied. And it was sure by two, three years of battle where I decided to go to him. I went to Chris, who had doubled, I went to another one. I went to Chris, I double in Colorado. And I attended the night because I was too bad. I said trist in fact. I said, it's telling me. It's telling me. And he went and said, It's telling me it's telling me, he was mortal. He said, it's a very good thing. He said it's just a double, it was exploded, but it's a photograph célèbre and he was there for having money also. He said in fact it's that I cherry. He said it was made, mechanic. He said it's not dressed. He said it's really fun. He said, it's super fun. And he said, but I'm sorry, we have what he said once for three years and we're only three years.
SPEAKER_01:Oh là là. And if you decide to push it on saying it had to be solo, or it was just six years, more than six years we have me. Frankly hardcore, for me, frankly, it's two PTL, but solo.
SPEAKER_02:And you say, Okay, we rest until it regards, and so it does we say no, and you say okay. And you say that at a moment in the morning or the night it will be more than you, and the verse is not true the year, the night. And then you say, Putain, we rest at me in two or three years because it's long. Three years that long. For me, I think the adventures of a seminar, eight years, that's it.
SPEAKER_01:I think you do not come to tap into deficit of somewhere, calories and the rest, you know, the man of your pain, the things that I did.
SPEAKER_02:I was like, I think there's a thing basically, but I've heard in other courses, but not at this point. So to me, I enjoy a salad of chauffeur. I can't get a salad. I enjoy the crêpe. I enjoy a baguette of pin. I enjoy the fromage. Because when you arrive at the station service, tu has a pile of monster, chips, peanut butter, and tons of coca-cola, machine, there's a drink, but it's dégueulasse, and an enfer 300 milligrams of caffeine, drink, you walk on Venus directly, or a capsules of caffeine, an energy boost, 50, or the junk food, you know. So you can get a part of pizza, two pairs of pizza, you have to manage a lot of drink, but you never transport 5 kilos of booth. But you don't have to transport quadren. You're in a strategy horrible, if you put a package of chips, it's a little rentable, but all the chips they won't pick in my pack, you put quite away, it's not gonna be. My strategy was the same, it's we're gonna dorm over 1 hour and 3 hours per night. But my strategy is fundamental is to go three hours per night and have 45 minutes of pause maximum, which is both, because in science you are 5 and 15 minutes. So you have two hours in the morning, you can piss, you have two minutes, etc. And after the episode of the front, the first week I did 1 hour and week, 1 hour and week, and the episode of the front, I got a ball in the hallway, I went to what, but it's more to go to the show. I'm 1 hour and a half, two hours, I'm two hours and then I'm with the night at 3 hours, I think, and then we decided to work at an hour a little bit regularly. But then my truth is to dorm the night. I'm not in the room of when you have a show, I don't know, I don't know. If you come to do that, you can go. It's not very gênant, you know, but if you want to say I'm dormant 10 and 14, when you have a person who said that in course, for me, the course is. I say the guy is satelliting. When Chris said the strategy it is simple, mean it's not arrête to dormant, I think, I'm mortar, il faut que je parle parce que sinon we made a trouble, you know. Parce que tu commences à le croire and to say we have beside dormir, you know. In fact, what you say when you're surrounded, it's tu peux le faire, but you will go at 1,5 km/h. Don't know that you're there and you see the people passing from it, they regard, they explosive, and you arrive at them, and you say, Putain, what do you think? And you say, Ah, I've never been in fact.
SPEAKER_01:Because the PTL we were three. And you had these allucinations, etc. But you want. And in fact, on the anecdotes the time that we have been arrived, I said that the part of the time, when you have these allucinations, you're conscious, you know. You know, you're deliberately. And in fact, you have a guy in particular, he said that he had said that he had an egg platform, you know. If it arrived for a section of technical, it would be tended.
SPEAKER_02:It was very romantic, very sentimental, but what I was saying that I had two years in it. It's the first time that it arrived. Sure. I had an allucination two years where I went a supporter. And I thought really that there were supports that arrived, or they were. I said, there's a time. And in fact, it was like there's a born, two boards, and in fact, it was approached, plus it was a blue boy, plus it was a machine, a pillow. I perfect, but it was really tristess of toxicoman. It was like that. I said, I'm defoncing, I said, but it's dumb. So the night I was but that I had the spirit and I pleaded. I'm really too bad. I said, Well, I said, No, but okay, the guy I play too. I said, I'm sure that at the time we would have a long time ago. And I said, Chris, Chris, I mean we're trying to see the map. Laan, franchise, franchise, they're through a super map, because I never played. I had no telephone, no amount, you can see what you can see. You can go to a fee, you can't, they're in the train of roulette. Putain. Oh, that's good. In Colorado, when I comment to have these two years, I said, you're attention. It's like I ralentic, because I went very quickly, 2, 4, and after I ralenti because I said it sufficient to pass in a phase where you create your robe and food, and you're like, and you're hospitalized. I think there are 20 people who have been hospitalized in the room in conscience where you know that you're in your plain conscience, and in fact you're in your subconscious enough to watch your enfance and it's like.
SPEAKER_01:I think that it's really that dimension that I told at the moment fascinating and effraying on an event. It's not the physical, evidently it's absolutely monster, but it's just the how you're the combat from toi to an appearance very long and exactly. It's that, it's the mental, how you give the solution, the galaxy, there's no assistance, there's a thing, they're too bad, it's you and your vélo. And I prove that frankly it's hyper impression.
SPEAKER_02:It's not cont, I think I say that, but it's not cont, it's like toi. And the combat with toi is super good. You have an event of communication with all the who has peor, who is gentle, who is, who has failed, and who does it, that will be. I have two hours. That's going to happen. And after you have all these ideas negatives of all your life. The things that your parents have done, the things that in your preparation that you don't have that, you don't put that, put this, you don't put this. And all the rest, frankly, that's fine and that. And in fact, I synthesized in a phrase of Lael, a phrase of Chris, a phrase of positives that I say to people all the time. And I wondered a phrase of a dude who created a front and who said, Steven, to your life, I'm done at that. And I said you read a phone and it runs in the eyes of their people because they put your casket, because they put the caskets and the things that I have. It's start with leg, finish with mental. And in my text I said, it was telling long that I'm on the mental for this course. I said, I don't have any mental. It's a mental. I'm null. In my test, I didn't. And there was always a big person in my text that said franchise, it's always ready. I said, it's not reusing, the result and they're sure. And this truck, at the moment where I was push of the river, you know. Whereas the passage, very difficult, plus, but you see humans. Not a little, but you go to service, you see a McDonald's, I don't know what a Domino Pizza or 7-Eleven where you say the mechanic, it's super sick with you. It's a fun service. You pass a bad journey and the girls yes, and it regards on cleaning the eyes like that. It's like the injected sang, t'as pas d'oeuvres. Sorry, my girl, sorry. No, enough the first time that I press auto douche en ultra parce que j'avais décidé que toutes les 50 heures it me fallait soit une rivière, soit une douche. Parce que je ne supporte pas de puer. And simple, c'est comme en course à pied, toute la transpiration that you have stocks in tes, and it's a frottement horrible. It's like if you're on a cell. And you didn't have one of the two to have two cuissons or mayo, I think in the top two or two. Top 10, it's sure. But top 20, the mechanic has a maillot, and certainly they have one cuisson and a maillot. Certainly that have one cuisson, a maillot, one chaussette, one casket, one bandeau. Basta. Fun day on the final.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, so tu as the douche, but I imagine that the tight of defracting that we have not very long of the day.
SPEAKER_02:It's complete. You're breaking by the light for three years. And we don't know because there are plenty of ways where there are a million. And they pose the same question. The first service is in what kilometers? Okay. Don't achieve you. Okay? Okay, that's fun. I achete it. Is that we have a man? Is that you can work? The line of life and 100 kilometers of the land. I have a essence where we vendor. It's not really the period to talk in France, but we vendor a food artificial. I told it allucinate that in the North Mexican, it's like you had two bands of design, you're in an end, and the meaning of artificial. He went and artifacts and the new Mexican. I was not very interested in the eyes and the house, I will buy all that and I started. Frankly it was 46, 47, Silver City. At 40 years, it was 26 at my garden. Seven hours and we're here. And then I pose on a planch in boil. And then I entered a clochette. I'm in like that, it was one, the cask turned, the casket in the other side. And I said, Wow. And in my head, I said, I think it's a supporter franc, they don't have fan, or it's a meaning. It's always the truth of the conscience of that's what I spent. And it was funny. It was Justin, my father Justinas who had two, who had to pick it up on his life. Myron who was hospitalized at my life for pneumonia, insufficient respire, it has to be, and it had very happy. In fact, I said that he was at the hospital after six years, not after six years. I was in panic total. He arrived with the clochette and he said, Man, we're at 100 meters, we're at 100 kilometers, and it is in my head, I'm at 100 kilometers. And he said, Well, it's not bad, 100 kilometers. And I said, he said, imagine when you rent live, you know what I'm saying? You can get that in three hours, quatre hours. He said, plus, seven, dix. I said, no, no. I said at the hour you arrived. He said, Mickey, at 200, I arrived, the sole. In fact, I went to the documentary, Ed Wilcox, it's like I just want to write. And where there's a sole magnificent in North Mexican and you see that and there's the feel, you know, and I said at 200, I'm here at 200. And he said, Mike, it's good and I went in their eyes that there's a text. I said a boot of sprite, 1 liter 5, I'll put a boat, and I'll show any things to boost. It's good after. He said no, but it's a little show. And in fact, it was just 2% average of percentage after Atchita, which is the first community after the car. Because at the time there's a barrier of 8 meters historically in Mexico and Italy. And then it was 25 miles at 50 degrees at Garmin. 49, 50, 48, 49, 50. I have the impression that I roll super bad. I turn the data to get rid of what I roll. 18, 19, it is super. It's super long. Because I got my Garmin in kilometer because I don't count on mice. I know it's a mice, but I don't have to count on my Garmin, how it's in vitesse. I don't have to push it, you know, on the force. I've been at the end. Justina is here. And Myron said, Mm, we're here, we're there, we're there. I'll tell you, we're less at the time. I said we should get all that we can. You have two. He said, you know what? You want what? He said, he said, I don't think you can use a glass. We watch a glass, a lot of glass. And he said, Make the time, he said, I'm the time, it's what the goal. He said he did 18 hours, 19 hours. I said 20 hours. He said, I have the time, I was one, one hour and a month. I'm the book. Then the two we go, we tapped the bar, there are plenty of locals that are, because for us it's their tour of France, you know, two years. The founder of the shop, he had one, and another time he had 26 years. It's really wrong because the girls had these stories, but it's not the same as you. He wants things, I pursue my mateline, I'm sure what I did, but the tape marked. In fact, he didn't see his mateline all the time. It was wrong to talk about him because he was all the conneries that were possible and he was a big. And if I started with him, I said, Putain me, 45 miles. The micro 26 years and he has 45 miles. And I said, I said, I think if you don't have 2 kilos and glass. And he started and said he said, I don't want 10 kilos, 2 kilos, I don't have the job, 2 kg. And I did 5 bouillants. Why 5 bouillons? I said, I've got one boutique per hour. Imagine in my head the positivism 45 miles, 5 minutes. And I had all that I could do, it was 5 bouteilles, and every year I had 1,500 lit on the truncheon. And I've had 2,000 of glass that was integral in the 45 miles. And I finished that. At the 10 bands of the day, I've got an assistant photographer of Chris Burkhardt who went to put a photo, and the three cocoa who are at the end. And it was what an Yoph Candy, I don't know what local. He put six boots and I said, No, no, I don't need alcohol, I'm defending it, I put one of the beer, I'm ding. And he said, Do we have to return to it? And we return and you tapped 47 miles of badoles for Ulrich who has that. You see the guy and say, Putain, it's a legend. He went to it and he went also. He said, Putain, I'm in the same moment when I'm gonna find the life reprends a little bit, but I've had never telephone, no contact. And I said franchise it's the first time that it arrived, but it's not so fun. And he said, But you post it on Instagram and I've had telephone, I didn't. And in fact, I had two years, I went to an iPad iPad of Lael and his fan and I posted a truck on I'm dying, I'm not gonna do the numbers, blah blah blah, but I did a live. It's all and after the virus.
SPEAKER_01:Oh là là, the récit of fou. Franchement chapeau, one plus hyper impression. And what impression the plus, it's not the physique, the distance is dementia. But it's really the bataille mental, all these ressources that you're gonna cherry on to play a bout. Franchement, the chrono, d'un point of view exterior, for me it seems anecdotic parasites to what I've done. It's frankly hallucinant. You know in conclusion of this récit that you're gonna have, and then six years ago to make the doigt on a pet that you're all cherry, that's this tour divide. But you know, alright, to put the department for a chrono, I've been that there's that there had much emotions, and sentiment late at this course. You know, there's a lot in particular that you're doing, that you've done, or with which you've been on your sacros?
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, there's other things. The first thing is I've traversed the East United. So that's it's okay because that's it, that's great, it's beautiful, it's durable, but I've had the tour divide, too. And if I'm not satisfied with my results, the point I just had a chance of me, of the potential that I had in me, to say I'm capable of it. In fact, I've had thousands of events, all the time has eventually all had a difficult thing, but I used it with my pet, my pet, and me, I'm ready. I crack at the end. Just I did it. I heard like that, I did it. I said, Yes, you did it. You did it great, you did it great. It was like that. I thought it was a moment that I said, Putin, it's the same thing very important is that never have gentle, not have contact, not have human, humanity, partage, connection, the tours, it was an introspection, but enjoying a lot of meditation in my life in Nepal, not only in Monaster, but I have that, but we have this happy constant and this way. And that's good, you know. It's good because it's just this mechanism, it will be bad, or I will pick it, I will explose it, it's so good, it's a very good. It's just the truth of it, you know. So the truth of meditation on positivity and it is possible at the moment. Because I thought I was always here, but it was frankly excessively. Excessively. It's the first time in my life so during the Himalaya where I said. I tell you. I said Chris is there, we have to go to the years, I regarded like that. No sense. He said, He said, No sense. All the years, no more sense. It's really good. I'm on a route of 4-4, there's a bow that calls the room, you got your room, 8, 9, 12 km. You see the kilometers that are. You say I'm not possible, so it's really good. And in fact, in the chrono, I wanted that it was really good, because the girls arrived at the chrono, you know, they are less than the thing that was happy, because the two, evidently, is the opportunity to say evidently I have people, evidently I have, I have. In fact, I wonder that I had them, that I had, that I had affection, that I had to read that it had sense what I was. Parce que like, if you change a bit of the view of the position, you don't have enough to sorry, you don't have enough to march dehors, to go in montagne, to live in forest, just to make a bien-être in her view or just to don't have essential to say if he has dual sport or if he has a problem in his life, I can't arrive because he is a little bit more in the merde que moi. And it arrives the girl. This is the dermal is that the view is cool quite. And that m'a rendu plus humble. Evidently, I'm a white dura. The girls are completely arrogant, completely hors de propos on certain things. But enough time I'm the passion absolute of what I'm saying and a while I sort of completely of what I'm parce que it's very during. And when you rent in that double and you pens that, you depend vite très très conduit. Parce que it arrived, it arrived ton portabilitant. Tout ça, c'est des actes manqués ou there are des choses that does arrive in my life to me. It was durable, it was very durable. But that's arrived. I've had 10 years on the girl. I'm sorry to rejoin in the two project.
SPEAKER_01:I think that you can be fair. It's really super inspirant that you've done. It's not just the chrono, the perf, but there's also a dimension a little bit more introspective that is super interesting. So Steven, franchise, thank you for this on the podcast. I think it's enough to say one person to go to put your vélo and it's a good one. You are what?
SPEAKER_02:The silk rod.
SPEAKER_01:Ah ouais! Ah ouais, d'accord. Ah ouais, it's like that. Okay, okay. Tour divide, enchaîner, and the silk.
SPEAKER_02:This day I got 15 mil courses, but I had two gross. I've got the Atlas Mountain Race in February. I did cut. And then I got and then I should have more than quite. And I've got quite and I'm going to use it. That is the intention to get this enough to use it. Because when I am function. And the great lesson of that is that to rest in the show, in the amusement, and that's what I want to do in PTL also, is that I should be a bit of a moment because it's you know, it's a little bit. And at the end they're telling me that you're just in a climate of survival. And the flash, if you saw a flag or the same lake, it's not drill. Make the clear is pasta.
SPEAKER_01:That's close. Merci Steven. Merci à toi.
