SPEAKER_00:

I descended the Amazon, traversed the Amazon at pied, I had 27 tours of the world on voilier. You can certainly have this sentiment to be 100% in view when you sort of zone and you can dépassement de soi and l'enture.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm Loïc Blanchard, entrepreneur, coach and préparateur mental certifié. You m'entends toujours correctement, Mike? Lo week, 5 sur 5. Excellent, excellent.

SPEAKER_00:

It's sure that it's an idea incredible to be a little bit.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm going to recipe a new time. I've done plenty of Anika, but I'm very content to reveal. For created the podcast in 2020, I said that a year, if I reveal three invitations, it was a success. And evidently they're in the list. So merciful to me. I think they're very occupied. So we'll see that this interview was the efficacy possible. The first question that I would pose is an episode that I've had with Annika and Jessica in 2021. And I wanted to know if you could say a little bit about how you have this first voyage in family after the events tragic of the day of Kathy. And what's the family?

SPEAKER_00:

But we had a chance that are very unpleasant to image and living. They traveled a petite hill by Lot when they have 11 and 12. They had a tour of the world with me when they finally had the college. It's sure that after the day of Cathy, the dynamic has a little bit changed. Annika and Jessica have a role in the administration of what I was and to what was media, sponsored, contracts. But it had a little bit of exploration at the exterior. It was just that after the decade of Cathy, we decided not to restore at the maison and please be trist, but to evading the beauty of what we have with our mama and my family. For us that is an experience, but also it will be this man that they have in their life after the death of Cathy. And it will be the truth, in fact, in our life. And if we're accepted what happened in the past.

SPEAKER_01:

Super message. Super message. And it's very interesting what you said about the objective that was for you that Annika and Jessica went how you wanted in their environment. Because just Jessica, what explained the episode, is that a matter at the end of the K2, once the attention, she had enjoyed the explained in the episode that it's at the moment that she said what you said when you said that you said in this environment. And that's a little what I wanted to say: what it's what you truly in this environment very preservant, a little bit, mysterious, etc. What does that you think 100% vivid like in your canopy at the moment?

SPEAKER_00:

You can certainly have this sentiment to be 100% vivid in view when you go to your zone of comfort and I don't know you put risk. I say that you do what you do habitually and you control. And you go a little bit in the inconvenient. And the inconvenient, it's not to be in a way that is controlled and a planning precision. Sorry to comfort, it's like you have these emotions different. There are emotions like there's the peace, where there is a doubt, where we are a bit perdup exactly what we're going to do. We don't have these things that are pleasant. Because that's low where I ressources, it's low where I am very rich. Because I'm fragile and a it's eventually dangerous. And the thing is omnipresent. It's like you can resource all these doubt that you have with the nature. And you can really know that if the people are at their life, they don't make in this situation.

SPEAKER_01:

It's this notion of peace. On the podcast, I've had the chance to reveal other members of the forces, commando marine, in less. And I think they're passed by the army, very young. It means that I've been 18 years when they're rent in the forces in South Africa.

SPEAKER_00:

You know that this experience where you know you've done your zone of comfort, what has supported for what concerns just maze their feelings, accepting their doubt, and affect the inconnoite in fact I think the pretty at the value that I was to say that I do my proper sources. I don't demand to person in a moment dangerous to aid if their view is a danger. I oblige this situation that is dangerous and in the situation where it will perdre or fragile. And at 18 years and at 19, I know the difference between the life and the life. So you can revolt, or so you can accept. But the moment you accept, it's the moment where it will be. Because you accept where you are, and when you accept where you are, you can sorry in the measure conditions. And it's just less where I have a mental. But if I am a survivor, it's not a Dio who is in face of me. It's always a little bit more, it's where I'm living. And it's the base of what I did that I asked to surpass my expedition in the future. I think that the world is bad. I don't think we have the world.

SPEAKER_01:

For this notion of doubt of peace, is there that experience appropriate? But is there already an expedition or things that you've not already realized, that you have imagined, but you've been already realized because the factor of it or doubt is very important?

SPEAKER_00:

The pear exists not even in the phase of planification because it's not the change that has been made by a year, the idea, but tu has the same pepper when you're on the glass and the glasses and you're in the road. That's a peer that is ressenti by the sense of it's frozen in the road, ah I'm mouilled, oh merge, I sort of different than the pear that planifies, quand on planifies what we have. It's like in the phase of planification of an expedition, there's plenty of questions that sort of, and the question is is that you're capable of learning? And that's a question that is posed, but you te pose at toi même. It's poser in the calme, it's poser with a reflexion, it's poser avec uh question is poser when ones are in confort, and là en fait tu engages tous les aspects psychologiques. And là tu as peur, là tu vois en fait tes émotions. It's like when the gentleman mental, that's in fact the process that I do. It's to planify my expeditions. I made psychologically in a situation where I think the sensations that I think in reality.

SPEAKER_01:

Annika I've talked about, but you can say what arrives?

SPEAKER_00:

But it's sure that with our situation geopolitical, with this part of inflation, we are the grass. I prefer to live in that world already. I'm more so at the glass. I'm with my danger at 7000 meters in the Himalaya. It's just less where I remember where I am. And Annika and Jessica and me along a table and say, what we're going to do in the future. Is that the exploration is fine for people like me who arrives at 57? No, the exploration is not fine when you arrive at 57, it's là où on commence vraiment, c'est là où on a encore beaucoup d'énergie and on peut encore vivre comme on a vécu at 35 ans. Aujourd'hui, we have a jeans that are angoissent because we pense que notre planet is foutu, on pense que it's fini, that the problem of sécheresse, the fees that we have inondations with a little bit of plues and devient presque a problem too great to give for the generation to have been. Fait encore these expeditions on north of Groenland, in the Amazon, at 8000 meters, in Antarctica, in Patagonia, and accumulated, I've had tons of experience already that it does me serve to me aid to communique a message very positive that espoir to jealousy, it's just less my mission from an aventurier or an exploratory is completely. Excellent. Le K2 is on my list? It's just a pet that I tried to make. It's super that they find that because the people are each and they move in the montagnes. But it runs in the manner we grow sans oxygen extremely dangerous because there are a lot of people, and you talk about a lot of people, it's normally Everest. It's not very enormous at K2. But if there's a problem and you don't parce you passed a lot of time sort of oxygen at 8mm and you're prison in a bouchon, you don't have. And it's sure that the K2 to get another route that we have, for me, it's really the manner of it.

SPEAKER_01:

Excellent. It's like it's in a long time 14 peaks of NIMS. And for sure, there's a photo that he went very long to meet where we have a feel, there are, I don't know, 60 70 people on the floor. It's like it has posted questions on the security, the commercial. I imagine that you have to see that change not only on the K2, but a little bit in the university of the expeditions.

SPEAKER_00:

It's sure that you party of the commercial exploits, when you get correctly and you can pay 50 mil Swiss for Everest, or maybe there are just a million for the fair assurance that the gentleman can arrive at the summit. It's acceptable and proper in the base. We were three or twenty on the K2. Alright, we do have a centaur of the K2, but there's 8 000 at Everest. It's like 8 000 is a little. And when you have a certain luxury, you have the tele, you have the cinema, you have to, you know, what the village offer at the canvas of Everest where you have. If you regard the tele, it's hard to rest in the morning in regarding the television because the impact environmental is more than an helico, the television, the four, and so, the lit the canvas of Everest. And that has changed. But I think that it does also work to Nepal who have. But now it does that there's a problem, there's a great problem. And it's the nature that it's not one who is. Um there a little bit and accidents, but where there are people who work than now. Because when you have 10 people who were, already there are 10. And when you get it's sure that if you do 10%, and 10% there are 100 people who don't worry. And it's just how it affects the press, and if the press told that, it is exciting for them to say we don't have a chance where there's a risk. They went back, and after it's sure that it's a little bit of people.

SPEAKER_01:

Just after we enregist Annika, you mentioned this I had a great course, 300 kilometers, and after it was a little bit of this course, I had an ultra trail like that. And after I did a live that I think you know that it said Endurance. In France, it's an Odyssey of the Endurance The Expedition of Shackleton. And it made sense for what I explained on the confort. Because I loved this all the time that it's a bit of an adventure extraordinary, very difficult, and so it permitted to relatively during the PTL the fact that it's just an episode of six-seven years. It's what your vision when you see the expeditions just already, and what Shackleton and his equipment, I think it was 27, have been in 1915, where they passed a day on the banquet with a chain in pot of just a cart and a bootle. It is completely hallucinant already.

SPEAKER_00:

It's that meant indirectly when I was. Um in the journey when he had with us, and he said I cherish despair who retained loads for very long time. I cherch des gens who résister aux conditions. extrême froid. Après, quand j'écris un livre or you have these conferences that I gagner until I pay for these expeditions. Après, I say that I rester very long loin to my family. And then I say that the retour is certain. But already, what changes a little bit in the approach of them, is that the gentleman will give it. They don't have fruit and they don't stay in contact with their family all the time and they are assuming that they don't enter. But it's also the modernisation that permits to demand that. And it's also accepted. So there's a place for all the world already.

SPEAKER_01:

Super. I think we are just a bit. We saw the world of expeditions, the way that there are people who sit from us, there are defenses that are very mediated, popular, like Everest, for example. It's not in the world of the life or not, like for example marathons in the two hours that are the important defenses that the people to watch?

SPEAKER_00:

But the people to progress. And on what expedition polar, I traversed the south in the part of the large, I traversed the polar in 2019 with Borghi Alaska just at Svalbard. This are the great defenses that were to work in the region polar. I would say I was in the Amazon, I traveled the Amazon at the end, I had 27 tours of the world on. Because I know that. I would say my terrain of job is our planet. I will preserve. And that's in 18 years. We have a program of research on pill of combustible that already pills at combustible and hydrogen that is the most performant that we have in the world. And we will change the camions, the bus, the trams, the trees, the pelters, coming to generate the energy. That's one of our missions. The two mission that we have is to donate an opportunity to participate on the project that we can realize to conserve our planet. It's a project that has a lot of success the day and continue this day. April that I travail with the greaters, the industry who decided to diminish their emissions of carbon or they are a little bit perdup because they say they don't continue to have their commerce because there are 60 000 people engaged, and they don't just change one or another. It's like you know in the transition of things. And that's how we're present. April, it will continue to have my expeditions because it's that inspiration, it's that I source. And at the moment live the expedition to the generation very who knows a little bit how I made Annika and Jessica in K2, in Pole North, in Groenland, in the Amazon, along the Mandau. The generation that doesn't work already at what I feel.

SPEAKER_01:

Genial. Genial. It's super what's left. Um expedition.

SPEAKER_00:

Exactly. The podcast. Annika is enjoying to prepare a series of documentary. Where the people voyage with us with me in the conditions that are incredible and accompany in the metaverse, where you can also have an idea of what it's really on the terrace. And it's sure to make also the jeuness with me, which will make a change in the manner that we conserve our planet. We will open the port for that also. So this is the first expedition. And when I rent, I do have plus of 60 years, and after we invent.

SPEAKER_01:

Excellent conference and very good preparation for what's left alone.

SPEAKER_00:

Merci beaucoup Look, avec plaisir. Ciao ciao.
