Hello, hello! You've got the podcast of those and those who dépassed. I'm your host, Loïc, ancient sportified judo, coach, preparate mentality and amortized activities outdoors in two genres. My conviction is that we have all a peteless of folks and audace, an version a little bit frapping of us with a potential exceptional that. I've created this podcast to discover people and them who have okay. My invitation are athletics of two niveau, professional, course, entrepreneurs and military, forces special. Attention, an écoute regular can entrain a changement positive, irrevocable in vos. It was as evident dès level that you're sort of pleasant to raconter. D'ailleurs, if you also have a project, you connect some people who have projects on thequest they listen or who can realize, n'hésitez pas to contacted hello.com. Bienvenue encore Adrien to the podcast. Don't you say we're largely off to placing a little context. You can't know the frappés because you're meeting a trail and you have to discover the episodes of podcast.
SPEAKER_00:Is that exactly on exploring a podcast that exist and the discipline? I'm coming to the channel and I'm accroating it.
SPEAKER_02:Top Adrien, you're the city of Nice. You said that you said a little bit that you wanted to lance in the trail in a few years. What's your parkour of the work in general? What you have, who you are, where you are, and what is your support at the sport at the moment?
SPEAKER_00:I'm Adrien, I've got 26 years, I'm at Nice after two years, but now I'm Mayenne in the pays of the Loire. So the trail exists alone. It's not a cross. So I was at Nice after two years. I've always had the course at the end, but on Nice and all the sense of the promenade of the Anglican, where I said in the pay there are simple to work also. So I commenced by one or two randos. I'm a little bit on the rando. I've heard the mechanic on the montagne, and I said, but it's completely fine what they want. So I'm going to get this, and progressively, I'm going to go to trail.
SPEAKER_02:Trying to for those who are a little bit of Nice, where you go.
SPEAKER_00:I have just in front of the Mont Chauve. Like I'm actually just in my eyes. Excellent.
SPEAKER_02:Don't say you've already worked, you've got a family of sports, there's a lot of attention, you have me too.
SPEAKER_00:For family sports, but I've always had sport. I began with the escalade, I've had tennis at the table for seven years. And after college, lying, If the section sports. I don't know, for my college, it was like, I think it was Luxel, and at the end there was the cross. On Athlete, it was departmental, the region. And a lot of vélo also, because I was in a campaign where my cousin was at two kilometers. I ran midday. I was in general 12 to 15 kilometers per year of veto, six months per year.
SPEAKER_02:That's right. That would be fun for the guests.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, frankly, it entered a fair measure. And with my phone, I had even the habit to be there because we had a lot. So it constructed a sort of genetic physical pretty interesting. A bad base, I would say.
SPEAKER_02:And on trail, you want to see what format? Is it pure of the entrainment or players, or the department of certain episodes?
SPEAKER_00:I was progressive. In group, when I was on Nice, I was a bit of course at pied, but I was with a pot, we were in mode we'll get the fight. And progressively I had another amount who made proposed to go with them the semi-marathon of Rome. Okay. So I said it's trained. So I was entrained for that, I had a platform on the probe. And rapidly I said, it's cool, but I'm a little bit. I did the semi-marathon and progressively, but it's a trail that I've enjoyed to do, and I had an amount of Valentin Piquet, for the name, who proposed to get my assistance on the UTMB of Nice. Okay. And it's like I started also the ultra of the interior. I adored the ambience, the energy that was. I questioned, I said it was possible. And progressively I was at my 10 kilometers. I adored it, but I tried it so rapid. I said, but I had enough to get a little bit long. So I was screwed at our first 20 kilometer with my pot Val, you know. He did largely, I was completely because I was completely explosed at the end. And it's like I was thinking that if it was long, I thought it was as costa in terms of denial, it was 20 kilometers, but we had easily 3 miles of day, I think. That's okay, okay. So a bit of escalade, but it was progressively I did an objective for me to entrain at quotient and see where I'm entrained. And we had a dosard for the 100 kilometer of Alsace Grand Est by UTMB. Okay. So for the 100 kilometers, I passed by 50. I had two or three and a lot of training on off where I had off, and that's why I was like that I was very rapid, but in fact I was at the capacity to encaze the kilometers and that. And it's like I was at my 10K in May 2025. Excellent.
SPEAKER_02:I would like to say that it's at personal, I think it's the right when you have any spin. But there's a tendency on the podcast where generally the invitations that I reveal are not for it's kind of the trail, I'm gonna go to the top of the gentleman. Ah, okay. So it's cool to see a month in charge progressive.
SPEAKER_00:The progressivity, I think that's the big concept that I can do. Because when I trained for just my semi-Rome, I blessed with the glass, the classic. But my work for 100k, I did a bit rapid, and not by my project, which we're gonna discuss. But I'm excited to not bring certain events. Okay. I did not like my pot Valentin. But you had me with another amount of Max, and I was at all, I began to accelerate, I was on a bad cadence. But I'm saying that discipline for knowing how I progressed just. I don't know. It was jamais this week. And you're 17 hours. I started to make 15 hours, and in fact, the seven kilometers have gonfted, they were tripled the volume. I was the pied. Although I had just 100 kilometers on the month, I was saying, it's magnificent. I'll finish on the 150 years, I think. So I was very content. And dangolade, I did 500. In the way I trained like a zombie kilometers, and my copy who was my children on the early kilometer. I'm ported with his eyes just at the time, but I finished. Wow. It's like I said, I think you have the impression that you arrived just, and it could arrive. That's what I'm a little in this discipline.
SPEAKER_02:It is super rapid. 112 on 17 hours, frankly, costa.
SPEAKER_00:Well, I'm cavalry. But I was with an amateur who was 12. Okay. So at the time I said, not to attract because we have too the same niveau. But only to not have any hours and it was a little bit all the time. And my copy who had the ravitain for 17 hours, I remarked because we want to assist, but for them also it's a ultra people for a little long time. And also? Alright, not the trail, because it has been at the remote and it was a little bit traumatized to positive or negative. But they had a course at the end for the plot. So actually we have a baby, but it's a little bit on. We have a baby, but it's a little bit on standby. But it had an objective marathon with me. And when the baby is there, it will enter to do that objective.
SPEAKER_02:It's like a poussette, I think. It's such a Paris where there's a sass, they have a personal with a mark of poussette, and you can get the marathon with a poussette for the mark. I'm not sure about it, but it's ridiculous. Hello, Alex. D'ailleurs, I think you're good. Hello, hello. Excellent. Don't clearly charge progressive train, but with a solid experience, plus some borne, that comes a bit costa. Like on 2025. May 2025. May 2025, yes. When you made contacted, you must say two things. And the project is an event tragic that has been in your family, concerned your papa. Is that you explain a genetic project and the message that you will have passed at first?
SPEAKER_00:My papa is decided in 2019 by glioblastome. So it's one who has been very rapid at the moment where he had. And this time, I've always had enough to render homage and to support the Ligue control of a project. I was sportive, but I was at the fine. And when I went to the trial, it comes to germ in my life, and I said, I'm enjoying to have a project sportive for my friend. And the day, I remarked by my Valentin Piquet, who was a little bit in the ultra. He realized a project that was to travel the France in course, from Menton just in Mayenne at Chateau Gontier from us. And he was that for the refuge de l'Arche. It's a refuge animalian that revealed the animals of the exploitation, the animals blessed, etc. Okay. No, it was not the day, because I did batteries, it was just after my ultra Sanka. So it was one year that I was in my Sanka. And he launched his traversing, so I had the first event with him. It was a bit complicated, because I was not required. I see what I'm doing. It's really a project linked to the trial. So I began to study a little bit what I could do. I went to the GR and the FKT, records for those who are, with assistance or send assistance. And on studying a bit all the records attainable, I would say. I'm coming to the record of GR51, it's at domicile. It's from Menton at Marseille, 429 km and 15 millimeters of denial positive. The record actually with assistance is detected by Benoît Adé in 4 years and 6 hours. And you have the record sans assistance that is by Sébastien Lachon, the maître of the 4 hours and 7 hours, so just 45 minutes. And that's that I began to entrain to create a plan along that. I did a remark again for the events. Rapidly contacted the Ligue control, so we have done a little bit of a cadre. And that form just February, where I was the department of Menton. Wow.
SPEAKER_02:Why is he discovered that? I just posted the question because I had an amount who decided to cancer and it was absolutely food. It was a cancer generalized, and in fact he had some symptoms, a delay in the wood, that it was articulated, a certain placed, but he had an osteoffice, it didn't have a shit. And he had finished by a radio and it had a lot of displacement. And it's at the radio that he said, we want the results. So we'll have your specialist and he would have the progression the progression in the rest of the corner of the ganglion. And then my pot me, but I'm just so. It's a ganglion in the country. So there are things that are bad and potentially say I'll get a specialist in three minutes, but in fact it's serious. In this case, if you're presented.
SPEAKER_00:The idea that you're trying to report, just because it's one thing with the league that I make enormously in, it's the prevention. I want to get the prevention because we say that it's for the others. And we don't know that it doesn't work at us. Exactly. But we think that in the prevention, there's other people who detect. It's more than for my parents, I have a context family that is a little bit complicated. In real life, when I had two years, my mother is decided. She holds the house. So I dare a little bit in a year a bit particularly where I was project of my family, but sort of really. We spoke a little bit, as I said, we were a little bit. But after that there was great that we rassembled. So my friend I passed tranquillo, but I was very proud of him.
SPEAKER_01:You were living with me?
SPEAKER_00:We lived on me, I'm sure. But when I was in my adolescence, I began to put a question for my mom and my friend was, he wanted for the response that I wanted to tell. I think for him it was complicated like history to be. And when I began to live my life of litigation, I started to visit my grandparents. And my bell Valerie, who I study when I saw this podcast, a year to me that they have detected a cancer at my father. And that was a little bit food because I said Adrian, I'm a little bad. After I reflect, but I said Adrian, I'm a bit bad. Now that you say that, you have enough to pass a moment with you, to rattrape. But you have the time. And it made questions all your short, all the manner of thinking. And so we are coming to a cancer that I listened three or three minutes, I don't know exactly, to entrap the time, but in fact it was. I don't know what to say, but to tell people why you can through that and don't have my consequence, if you have forces to do it. But because I've got this experience, I've had enjoy to learn and to sensibility the people along that, to inspire the people, I would say.
SPEAKER_02:Evidently when you contacted, you made the project and the objective, but it's the context is another dimension to what you're lancing.
SPEAKER_00:Okay, I consider really my friend and with which I grandi. And who also you have traveled this episode. And it's also for each that I hear my GR for them remerciate.
SPEAKER_02:You look a bit, one of the objectives that you have is to sensibility to the prevention with the cancer. Typically, for this type of cancer, there's signs, genetically we can identify, is that you're in the family, it will reproduce.
SPEAKER_00:But who's contacted for me of sensibilization and prevention. I don't want to get the bêtise. But it's really a chance that we have enough to survive and that I have enjoyed to explore, to exploit to parle the people.
SPEAKER_02:Yes. When it was well, we think we don't have a lot, but a while that it's less.
SPEAKER_00:Exactly. It's really what I'm enjoying to make enough, to say that it will arrive at nymphs, and it's not that it's for those. Mm-hmm, the homes, we don't have company, but we have a lot of tests to have at nymph to control. Completely.
SPEAKER_02:The prise of contact with the Ligue control, the definition of the project, too, that phase.
SPEAKER_00:I wanted to know a niveau météo and it went very well, so there's nothing, etc. I wanted to know how it was. I did that I began to watch them, so I wanted to read mail at the market, etc. But I'm not a fan of resources, I've had visibility, so it was a bit complicated. I've not forgotten to do partner material for the moment. After it's not for what I refer the most. Recently, for example, I did a partner for a van, and that it's an epine in the page, I would say. Because a little bit of confort for eight years with a big van, it's pretty cool. And the point is that I wanted absolutely a film, but I saw a film that would have to my life there, an big trace of that. So I'm a great fan of reportage, etc. I remarked many videos on YouTube on the video. I recovered also Up Track in the Foolie. And I adored his life to present the things, the emotional of his project. So we went to discuter, and there was a cadre that posted on the project with the film. So we wanted to visualize the films that we wanted to realize. At this start, I've not tried to finish the film and the logistic, I got a cannot for me to finish the film. We are easily at the time, because I got a year. He fell my assistance. Salue at all, Rémi, I say that you can see the podcast. Cover also the fray of essence, pH, the nourishment for the assistance, etc. Don't fix 5500, but my priority principal is the 4008, also for financing the film.
SPEAKER_02:Okay. Okay, donc 4800. I'm curious because I've taken that experience of monitoring a film with a very professional of something that I've done. It seems like the first exchange. You saw it very technical, operational, or Léo posted a question about the message that you wanted to get passed, the ambient that you wanted.
SPEAKER_00:He said the dimension that I did on the film, what aspect you wanted to do to the film. And I began to read a little bit the passage, the film that I wanted. He said that simple because I did a little bit the day of the time. And we were done with the film of him that I did. I wanted exactly the same dimension emotional. It's a project human. It's not the objective in one. The record is really the dimension human down the project. And so it had to be matched there. After he was two or three questions, but it was very clear in his eye.
SPEAKER_02:It's frankly hallucinant. It's very, very, very hallucinant.
SPEAKER_00:It's very machine. I used the telephone. I was contacted and it was really very accessible because he repeated directly, he made my project is so cool. He appeared, he had done a consequence. Oh that's it. So it's really cool. And Benoit Ad, who is a record with assistance, I contacted. He did say, he went. He said, we will send the record. He is ready to get a party because she passed him, right? Okay. And then he will do a party with him. And he sponsored that if you buy his record there, he returned to me. That's frankly, it's magnificent. It does another dimension to the project, it's really cool.
SPEAKER_02:It's what you think the consequences you have done all the two.
SPEAKER_00:Because you can really know that Sébastien is an ovni. Because on the first or the two years, evidently there's a patate, you're enjoying too, you have the lance, tu n'as pas force envie to dormir. But the more economy will be so tight. So he made a lot of consequences on that. Sébastien m'a donné conseil about the sommeil. He made a moment where you don't dorm, but after you dorm, it's the moment where you can sais the possible. So you're direct and you maximise your chance to reposer. Sébastien m'a also conseil about the gestion of bobos. Because just borne, maybe on off. It's girable. We have a gros bobos that are durable to sow, it's plenty. And after the same, he made what niveau you have, but the record is attainable. And then plus tard, for those who will descend in quads.
SPEAKER_02:Okay.
SPEAKER_00:Like I was in train just. Okay. Where I attend my friend, my friend adoptive, Pablo, who was also my assistance in February. So he lives low, so he attends low and we're at the party of Auliul to Marseille.
SPEAKER_02:Okay. And you pass the tracing on the Aulul-Maille, you pass the littoral or pay, entre guillemets?
SPEAKER_00:We're not very long to the border. It's for me that the GR is appeared the GR the Balcons, because it's always a sort of mini visual on the mer. I don't want to exactly decline the tracing, but for an image.
SPEAKER_02:Ah okay, I've been. Okay, no, you passed the side of the littoral. Ah, you passed by the Cadillac Azure.
SPEAKER_00:I did that it was technical by the way. It's technique. Sebastian made that. He said that the earlier part of the energy through the semelle because it was quite technical.
SPEAKER_02:It's the caillas, there's one that is, it's an enormous grave, the roche very blanche. But it's magnificent. It's very married. You pass by the village where I'm exactly the maison where I'm going to be able to do it.
SPEAKER_00:Faites là-bas.
SPEAKER_02:Alors I see that you can pass in the centre of the village. Weekend prochain we're in what? Ah no, the restaurant sera fermier. But okay, GR51, it is very good.
SPEAKER_00:And because I'm at domicile, there's a couple things where I've really listened to me. It's cool. The gorge of the caramel, that is, it's very jelly.
SPEAKER_02:Oh là là. Franchement, the trace, alors I don't know the debut. Try.
SPEAKER_00:He has really conditions of météo that were not terrible. Sinon I think his tank was more bad. But if I'm in his first trace, he had 60 bands for his first section or 70 after authorized a prime dodo because he was really in the tempest. Normally in February, I estimate that we've got the chance. Normally in February it's pretty bad and it's bad. Did it be more facilitately, you know?
SPEAKER_02:Excellent.
SPEAKER_00:The famous Remy. The famous Remy, okay, exactly. Rémi, it's very married when I rencontred. Just at the point when I was finally my coach, and also in that discipline. It was in 2018 with my meilleur pote Armand. We were at Too More Holland, a festival of music in 2010. The blue great festival, if I don't have a bêtise. And we dorma at the hotel of Toomor Hollande in the centre of Bruxelles. And in our chamber d'hotel, we partage the chamber with other festivals. And a year he lost in the trial. I wonder how he fought. And I regarded a little bit what he said, his videos, he was a videos on YouTube. And I went at the end, he was a coaching, for the course classic, for the support of perfect points, and progressively he had to do a coaching trial also. And when I began to make my project in place, I said that it felt a coach. My pote Val was coached by Antoine Clément, who is also an FKT. And I reflected, I said, is a demand for Antoine or where I regard. And I think I'm saying my project has a dimension humane. And I remember that I was accroached with Rémi, so I enjoyed a message. We discussed it, and I said, it's personal, it's sure. He had two types of coaching for all the people, so n hesitate to enjoy a message. And for me, I was blessed.
SPEAKER_02:That's the way.
SPEAKER_00:Alright, this week we were at the telephone. I was very fatigued the semester because I had a great semi-volume. I went at 180 kilometers on the semaine, but we had an objective to monitor at 250. And the finest I had a mini double in the cuiss at the road because I was not required of the season of the way. He made stop, somewhere. He surveyed really all the big factors and I never frankly for the plan of entrainment.
SPEAKER_02:Okay, so I imagine that in your plan d'entraînement, you have a phase of gross en charge, a phase of what?
SPEAKER_00:It's plenty progressive for the month en charge. 250 km. Jamais I've already imagined that again. Oh là là. It's later where I was composed that the corps humain is fabulous and capable of cool parce que I progress hyper rapidly, but en veillant blessing, and it's super. But you have commenced. There's always a season of fractional, I would say, in the semaine, for a bit of intensity. Okay. Because when you boss the intensity, it bosses plenty of things also. So evidently a little bit of volume. Alright, I was even a long time because I keep in this sport is to explore the montagnes. It's not an corvette the dimension, it's just a pleasure. I think that just put my sort of long. Gravel or route? I asked a little vélo pourri at the rage, also for roulette. I roll on the prom, I've got a tour at Villeneuve-Loubet or just a Cannes. And it permitted to get the volume recuperating a bit of the course at the end.
unknown:Plot.
SPEAKER_00:It's plenty cool. But you know, a bit more volume with a bit of notation also the dimanche.
SPEAKER_02:Because the naissance is previous when? For April. Ah okay, okay. Is there a sujet in particular?
SPEAKER_00:One of my apprehensions, it's to bête, but I'm going to advance. I had 180. On the week, I've had 85 bornes. I did have 103 just at the gare. I was at the forced, but it was a stop and there was a mechanic at the game, but I said the day of the traversing, no, Adrian will not have a stop. But that's what I'm happy, too. After it's different, I was installing in a sort of uncomfort, and it's a concept that I can do. My life. I'm obliged to go because person will change the way of the mountains, my people sit in Mayenne, apart from my copy, there's no one.
SPEAKER_02:You bring my own.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, that's that you've been in a sort of uncomfortable because you're obliged to debug for that. But I think that the day of the traversing, you know, I'm facilitated for certain things. I've got a cocaine, there are things that I've got for my office, because I'm going to do a boulangerie and that, but it's not the same comfort. So I made in a sort of uncomfort at the entrainment, it's a consequence that I could do.
SPEAKER_02:It's an approach.
SPEAKER_00:It's pile poil. Gabarit classic, I got 80 kilos. I decided to perform 2-3 kilos. Rémi. I'm not buying it. And on shoussure, I'm on the Oka Mafat. Okay. Okay. We had a sort of my club of trial. I've been in a big club of trial that grossed a little bit on Nice. The TTC, for those who are a club. Earlier we had a testing with Oka. I was on Salomon again.
SPEAKER_02:Okay. You can see other pairs, I imagine?
SPEAKER_00:At the end, I rested Salomon. Sébastien m'a conseillé to have two or three pairs of shoussures.
SPEAKER_02:Ouais. J'avais une paire un peu rigide. La Sportiva that I was recommended because the semel était. Apparently it was a little 4-4 of the chaussure of trail, a bit rustic, solid, but for super confort. And I had it a day. And in two years, I had switched to a pair of new balance that for the moment was a nuage. You made the pinnacle, and I knew that the changement, it was very, very, very agreeable. When you have the pin, the terrain complicated, to pass a pair confort.
SPEAKER_00:Just the big changes of chaos and the pair of the city.
SPEAKER_02:But like a while that he went to his chain, he left his chaussettes and hey the pair. We had two ampoules at the quantum year, and we had. And frankly, we were just at 200 kilometers, a thing. People a bit. And he had an ampool and heavy at that. And you know, the torch a little bit tight, but I had this plan on fewer pairs of chaussettes of recharge. And then possible, I was the pair, I changed the chaussettes and I started.
SPEAKER_00:And this tip, you remove other forms of front. At the moment I dances, in all the way, you transpirate, you evaluate the consequences, I wanted my lungette for baby. And you can have a front into the cup. And it's hard for the ampoules. At the moment it accelerates for the front. It's super important. Completely.
SPEAKER_02:Excellent. The sort of film, you prefer that for quantum? You see what it is for the montages, etc.
SPEAKER_00:But when he had the tournament of Ultra Rayégeois, I'm sure that the film will be a bit, a month and a month. Okay. Okay. Don't live the 14th February, it's for Mars or April. You're the baby plus the film incroyable. The baby.
SPEAKER_02:Incroyable, right? Excellent. Excellent. Passionant from project. J'imagine que les gens who find assistance putting in main tes at this moment to communicate in live.
SPEAKER_00:Ouais, you know I'm my friend Pablo who is with me on the assistance to the van. I've got two, three other companies. I'll have my coach Rémi. I'm going to create a computer TikTok for that. I don't know how we alive, but I'm going to say a little bit for doing the visibility. Normally on the project, he has part of my club of trial, the TTC. And for sure, there are two companies of the club of trial. I think Alex, who created the group, Julian and I think very well in the coin. And they're the bets of trial. So they have pacing. Genial.
SPEAKER_02:Excellent.
SPEAKER_00:What's that? I have the impression that we have treated all the suit. I spent just in this project create a form of inspiration for a person. Faites du sport, leave a project to do anything. Franchement, that's a good idea. But plus tard, a project, in fact, it's really a light directional that permit to advance. Genial.
SPEAKER_02:Magnificent project. Et puis d'ici là, écoute, bonne fin de préparation. Merci beaucoup et je te souhaite de t'éclater dans la réalisation de ce produit.
SPEAKER_00:C'est le but principal.
SPEAKER_02:Merci Adrien. Merci. Salut.
