Hello hello! I'm your hôte Loïc, ancient sportif de haut niveau en judo, coach, préparateur mental and amoureux of activities outdoors in two genres. My conviction is that we have all a petite étincelle of folie and d'audace, an version until frappée of them or potential exceptionnel sommeil en nous. I've created this podcast for you to discourage and homes who have osé me réveiller. My invitation are athletes of two niveau, designers professional, their voyage au long cours, entrepreneurs or militaires, despite. After all the time to exchange, it's super pleasure to be revealed on the podcast. Pleasure to really have a day that we've got, and in the items that the first time we changed via LinkedIn. I've not seen your message too, but I've read my point. But we have the chance to get at Anne in 2024 when I was Alpsman. Exactly. I'm super content to watch an athlete professional and for a moment you have a short completely incredible.
SPEAKER_00:And the journey are long, I'm going to go to the podcast. And I think I've been super. And I'm your personality, your life also, the fact that you find a judo, and then I think also. And I think that it's really a sport that when we have it a job, I think that it's a sport that fashion to our life, maybe it continues or not. It's a sport that we marks. I'm persuaded that for me, it's right, it's one of the most sports that exist. And it has been a point, and after a bit like me, I've had a great one, I have the impression when you had your ultra. And it was a bit more and so I appeared, and we have a lot of time.
SPEAKER_02:That's right. And the call was very long, but I've been. It's a little like that with the people who with which I have to change, who are regularly the podcast. I think all the invitations you reveal, I have a great curiosity to them. And the people who go regularly the podcast are the same thing, so it's a lot of things. But I'm very excited to talk. You can hear about your life, but you have things incredible. You work at your company, a job physical. You have a family, you have passed by, but it is for. And I know that all the days we have to change, and what you do, you put associations. It's really a whole time a very bad message, so I'm super content to reach a whole micro. Thank you. What I suppose Hubert, we pose the card. What is Hubert? Where you do, and in your practice, what you concentrate at the moment?
SPEAKER_00:I'm Hubert Pio, I have 40 years. I visit too far from Annecy, Annecy and Geneve, in the campaign in the mountains. It's been a bit of 20 years that I'm here. I'm married, I've got two people, and I'm artisan during now. It was 25 years I've got this, but I'm at my compte during 40 years. I've got metal, gouttier, cuivre, zing. In the region, the chance there is a region as rich, so I have a lot of cuivre. I have couverture in zing, I have to plant, membrane, I have a lot of things. I have also my diploma of charpente, so I have a little bit of charpente, I do. So it's a message that I'm pretty physically also, because I'm dehors every day. After me it's a I don't care, in fact. Because I was 15 years, I've got this video and I'm enferming plus one day in another time like that. So it's not facilitating, but we play because franchise. This week also, for example, I had come in the day, I've had the habit to stay with a coin. I was in the lack of Dancy all the days, at six hours of the morning. I saw the night and there's away, and I'm on the two hours, and it's really fun. The person. In fact we have a long time that exists, but I don't know exactly, but at my 10 and 14, not plus. We had commenced in 2018, my memory is fun. We haven't been all the two, but not. I was incapable of the crawl plus 25 meters. So we have a course, evidently in the lake. And we are of this lake, and it's our ritual. And all the days we have, and we put a cafe and a pin chocolate at the boulangerie just at the end. We have our habit, the world, and it had seven hours now that it works.
unknown:Excellent.
SPEAKER_00:The fruit that I had three. That's what he did. Wait, yeah, there's two that I touched at all. Ancient judoka like to family of three friends. Three noir of judo. Two moins 81 kilos. I think it's not my category at all. One category on the two, and I had a competitive 90, and I've had a tall. And I was in the region of NCAA at the age of 19 years with my family. And I've got the year before.
SPEAKER_02:We have essentially sports. It's quite your. I said just your support on the sport. Is it something that's in the family at your moment? Okay, with the judo. It's not a judo that you're really the judo that occupied the essential of your agenda sports, I would say. So one called enfance, if you had the judo, there was other things. And how it evolved with what you're doing?
SPEAKER_00:I went to the judo at the time of six months, with my two friends. We had two sports. I did just six months, not very long. My grandfather had the judo and motocross, and my friend had a judo and BMX. So it was a weekend very charging for my parents. We had very friends with the Motocross that occupied because he was a high name, he was in the league, we had a champion of France. After I was renting in sports, judo, in section sports judo, when I was in 4e in college, at the time. I did that on two years, 4th, 3th. And I was working at the house of 15 years, I was a little ralentiful judo, but I've already done it, departmental region, but I've been very low because I stressed enormously and I started all my mind a few years. I was my stress on judo, and it's like that I had an idea possible for the departmental.
SPEAKER_02:It's interesting. It's what exactly who had been in that stress confrontation with the other, or something.
SPEAKER_00:The confrontation, the stress of the point, because you say we are in regime, and there was one that was three years ago, and after I went the competition, it was a little bit, I did that in nymph. Because in fact at the judo I don't know exactly what I do, so I've been enjoying my name all the time, and it's that pressure. Although in the other sports that I've done after, the trial, the vessel, it's kind of a little vast, there's a very friend, they're not in confrontation with people, with plenty of people. And there's that notion of stress like I've had a judo. So I was in the region, I was also a little bit. I did the 18 years, I went to 10 kilometers per year, 5 years per second for a plant. And the platform. So I've already had a case, I'll say I didn't know because my life was so bad that I had much time at the couple of courage for that. So I've always had a course at the end, but it's not very good. For the time I got 82 kilos, so when I go, it's not like a great course that had 60-65 kilos. So I was in the region, I wanted to continue to go, but I think that it was the same sport with the denial. And I got a bit at the montagne, and it's like it was after the trial. It was like that.
SPEAKER_02:Excellent. And I've got to remember what you're accrounding the trial, the point of. It has a good transition, but the monsters of the discipline.
SPEAKER_00:I said what's the depassement of it. Because in fact, when I started in the region, there was an hour who made we'll get a rando, we have to get the tournet. The tournet is the summer the old NCAA that was at 2300 and I was not the montagna, and I thought it was a journey. And on part of that I had to suffer, I was in the world, and this year we have the tournet. It's a course that is the border of the low, and it's the first one. It's a course because the chrono, and we descend by the proper moment. And when I went to the rando, the mechanism had doubled. And I went to me in the mountains, but I said, What do you think? It's not possible. I started in admiration about these mechanics who doubled on, so I in march I was a book of my life. And I said, I think I say, if each they are, I'm gonna go. And I mean to go, in fact. I said if you arrived, I don't know. So it's like that I saw me. I went in 2012. I was screwed at a course with my companion of the judo. We did not the world, and we were at the ultra tour. It's a course where you pay an inscription, you made a plat to change, sure or salad, and it worked like that already. And chicken, and the course was 20 kilometers, 300 positive. So I did 2000, it was 20 kilometers nothing. I said, I would fit. And in fact they had the parcours because we had the land, so it was 27 and 30. And we were with my couple, we had 8 hours, 8 hours for the 27 kilometers. It was an attended decors, they had the plants, there was no person, we attended the two babies who were in the mountains to work with them. It was an earlier.
SPEAKER_02:Excellent. And there's a lot of things.
SPEAKER_00:I adored the ambience, I adored the montagnes, the paysages, it was very fascinating. I descended in kilometers, I come back with the 10, I went to Crescendo just to try the Glier in 2013 where I went on 50 kilometers, I began to go to the house. And in 2014, I had a maxi race, because it was at the end of me, but I did not pass at the end. At the event it was 86 kilometers with 500, it would mean. At the moment, the TMB was accessible. It was a bit, but I wanted to watch and I wanted to watch the episodes and for me there was enormous mind. And you know, on tapping on the internet, I went to Échappée Bell. Right, the name, it's not ultra true, it's Échappée Belle. I said, it was. I think it's another Europe because it was 144 kilometers and 11 mm of Denivela positive in a mass very rocailleux. The day that I had 71% of abandon. And you had 48% of abandon and 60%.
SPEAKER_02:Ah ouais. C'était quoi de la neige?
SPEAKER_00:It was the two day that he was, so it was not very easy. They arrived at an ultra with a tiny. I don't know, at the moment I think it was six or six kilometers. I had a ratio like that, and we came away with the mantra and said at 1,30 km, I was a little bit at that time, at that time, at that time. So in fact, the bell it was like that. Because there were cailloux, and the 6 kilometer, it was complicated. I had I think I had 15 hours for the fair.
SPEAKER_02:Ah ouais, d'accord.
SPEAKER_00:And then I went with a coin, and my coffee was a little bit in the door, and he had shopped an installation. It was very show this day, very show. And my country had been the two party in the course present. He said what he was at. He wanted to play the mountains that were attended, and I said, we advanced, and we're here. And then we had to move 60. And I didn't get too late, I'm quite, and I reported. I had 40 kilometers alone, really sick. I've had my hallucinations and that it's a delight that I connect to personal because it had a lot of. And after the pacer of my companion, who had read it the same we had a pacer. The pacer went in, he went to the five. He had the right to work. And the pacer that was for my pot, he said, I'll go with your pot, Hubert, we said. And now it's my company, Phil, with which I marked the one. We were disparable, we had all our babies. And he said, we're just going to be able to get another one. And it was like it was a shot that was very marked because physically it was marked. I was really cut. And the depassion of it. I've learned a living on the depassement of it, I learned Kylian Jornett, Mike Horn, a bunch of things. I said that I pleaded, I said that I was for a while, I said that I had much, I said that it had been good. And I was at the moment, but the way to live really intense. And it was this course before I turned all the time for being so benevolent, so pacer, it's very marked. This course it was very. I did that it was 20 hours the night, I went in the door in the mountain, I was at 50 minutes down to my pot. And I said, I said, I'll apply my family to put a new at the moment. And on applied, it was boosted evidently. I was my family, who at the moment had 50 years, my wife had one. And my family said it was. I said, it's cool, we'll go to the ball, because I had the right to abandon. And I was the telephone and it was completely shut the time. I said, I've been the shape, it's advanced. And after I was my pocket David, he said, What's that? I said, you know what I'm saying, but then I'm a bow. I went to the boat, whatever it was, I went to the boat. I really declined away. And it was funny, there was no excuse, I went to the way my family was really motivated to block.
SPEAKER_02:You did that at the time?
SPEAKER_00:No, now my family in 2015 had 50, but now it has 15 years.
SPEAKER_02:Oh, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:In fact, I read this, I went on paper, so it has done other ways and I said, but in fact, it's my motion is that. My family and my friends, if you have a course too with personal top, I've been. I have to put a little fest. It's like that it functioned, and it's like I've known that it functioned. In 2015, I was like I did, they were at the centre for me encouraging, and the time I did, I had elastoplasts, we had the strapped, I had the shoes, I was completely oxygen, and just my friend, but it's fine. I'm like, I'm a boost, I can get it, it's good. There was no function like that. Let's be honest, I've had a long time, triathlon, and it's right. I'm having all me. And for me, it's also the sport, the space of sport, emotions, it's like that I watch the shows in the world.
SPEAKER_02:And your friends, they also basculate other things like the judo. Did you partake a course like that?
SPEAKER_00:My grandfather is prof, he has always been in the sport, he was in STAPS, he is a prof of crossfit, he has his own now, once we're in the chart. And he decided to try, he was a few years ago for saying the try, and that was an exhibit, he had not been able to course or very. My friend Remy and my grandfather Hugh had two days of the world. My grandfather at 1983, and my friend 87. No, it was. It was at Coubertin. And my friend was qualified also, and he had, and I was because I was here, and it was to be at Paris. And you say that the judo engage a weekend for a combat, I was enjoying to engage a weekend for potentially a combat. The fact to get an ultra and very low of me, a nive mental and a little physical, it's really done enough to comment. Alright, not in trying, because it was. No, no, no, but I don't know. That's right, it's clear for you. It was not even. I prefer to do pleasure to work next to be benevolent in the mountains and encourage all the people who do and motivate the group, or be a pacer for the company. But my coffee who was encouraged, who was pacer with me in 2015, he was in integral in 2016. And he was his pacer. I reboosted because the poor was very in the world. And he was part of the organization of the course of the Chapel. And this year he was in 2016, so in 2026, he released in the year, he will recommence. So I return a little bit on the phone because I've been a bit of the track, so I returned a little bit because I'm just the weekend. I'm just a fin for entraining.
SPEAKER_02:It's uh interesting what you said. And I don't know. Franchement, I think systematically, but if you haven't seen what it was.
SPEAKER_00:This is for my 20 years that I've had the ultra. So I had one and I found one, I've got two, because I think I've had one of the things, one of the big at the world. It's really magnificent. We have 20 lakhs during the 145 kilometers in the line, but it's just if you have a chance to have a bottom, it's really absolutely magnificent. So it done good and effort, and I rent the trial. I was operating, so I ralentic, I continued to work, 20 kilometers, 10 km, courses of sauce, like I'm gonna say, with zero, so there's no entrainment, you amuse. And then I should have my notes, I should have got a double kilometra vertical, like that. I'm not sure like the world, not example, 10 kilometers at Marathon Nancy, for example, it interested. And then I'm gonna go to the Velociraptor of a colleague of me of Fred. He said, I said, I don't know, the veto is nice, I don't have a competition when I was young. I had two days of competition in cross country when I had 15 years, but I just had two days. And he said, All right, and I pressed a veloose by a coin for six months. I didn't have a gross clack. And he said, You rest in my route, you make a couple of me, you can discutt, you rest in my route, you roll, you go the teeth, and you roll. And I passed away, but in fact he had direct 60 bands. I said, 60 kilometers, you're not good. Fred, t'inquiète pas, you burden, you call the room, you're at me. And it was a great gabarit, but it was difficult to put the spy. And force, I put it. And I pressed a velocient by my friend for an hour, a velo with four carbon. And after I did, I had a velo carbon, like a occasion, and a giant propel, a pet aero. And I wanted to get a vélo a plus and then I didn't have a vaccine in vélo, one, two, three kilometers a couple, 400 kilometers, a sort of night, on a minute after the journey of the time, the trick perfect.
SPEAKER_02:It's not my pair who one time we had a vélo in a competition or 15 years, and my grandfather had 18 years old.
SPEAKER_00:We were in vacance. We started in vacance with the camion of Motocross on which we had to work. We had a VTT all the day. And my friend said he had a guy in the vessel. And we started with my friend, and I said, but at the moment there was no context, there was no telephone portable. So my phone put a card of France. They are the card of France on the table of the salon. We traced the itinerary with a regard. We decided to pass the pet. It is the night we're going to go, after we have this, and we had it in the house. And we did the car blue. So the night we have evidently we did not go to the hotel deluxe, we lived in the Ibis or what we want, and we put a dough with your change, and we had a pneumot on the VTT, it was sad. So we had a pneumonia on the VTT. And the lunch we went with my friend, we were partying two, with the card telephone for my parents at the cabin. And we are like, and we had 806 kilometers in six years. We spent 4 kilos. My friend 6 kilos. We had just a boat of midday and a package of chips and quasiment 200 bands a year. It was nice. It was nice.
SPEAKER_02:It's okay. Okay, but it's my story. I've been on vaccine. I said, I didn't know, but there was a lot of. I've been a bit of a traversing Anne, the Sud West, I think. Anne-West, no?
SPEAKER_00:No, I was just in Annecy Aix-en-Provence. I've got 4-5 minutes because I've had a single couple of night. My family said, I'm not in vacant, I've never been a lot of boulder and I was in the ascension. I mean, you're not here. My family was already on vacation with me. We have to go back to me. And then the night I ran to me and I said, Putain, but I'm very bad. I saw my family on vacance too with my friends, and then I was there at the moment at boss. I was like to ruminate. I've done it at midnight, I put my vélo, I charged my lamp, and I was a surprise, I arrived at camping, it was 6 hours. I arrived for the house.
SPEAKER_02:And then the people, my fan does not be 23 years, that's it, exactly. My friend it's not common to a paper who rolled in a veto.
SPEAKER_00:I don't know because they have always been that. Before I was like, when I did my ultra, my fan had one, my wife had seven. After I enjoyed it in 2021, I did Last Man. It's a triathlon XXL in the sense that it's an Iron Man with a denial on plus. So that I did in 2021. So they have always been there, and they were. I don't know if I should say if they realized really.
SPEAKER_02:You're not saying papa because you're a vélo, the other parents put the thing.
SPEAKER_00:He made the question where you're a lot because you gotta jump. Look, I've been the tone of the abandonment of my life that I've had. So the same tentative, right? It was the one, okay. I abandoned one course, what it is. And the last man in 2024. And I'm there on this, so I'm good for you.
SPEAKER_02:I'm not whether it's me that I ported.
SPEAKER_00:In fact, I've been and I'm not the one to get the course that I've done. Then I found because I said it's at the moment and it's going to sign this clock. This famous cloche that is a kilometre, 3,000 of nature, 185 km of velo with 5004 or 5006 of dingiveth. And after it's a marathon, so in fact it's like the Northman. We have a boucle en bas, and I have the 21 km of the course at pied. If we are in more than 12 hours of course during the day, we send that famous cloche and we have the 21 dernier kilometers in the montagne and arrivé en haut du sendos. Don't just 1000 m de dénivelé, it's not the distance. If we are hors délai for that, we finish en bas and we are quite finished. And I've been finisher in bas in 2021 because I've had the pretension to accroach this cloche, sonner this cloche, because the time are quite as serried. 12 hours for 3,800, 1850 of the denivelet and a smith marathon, it's quite costa. And in 2024, I could do it because I really progressed on the velo with the Riccrow France in 2023. For I was not a good one for a course of the page, I wanted to get a talent, I did that. And in fact, I'm on a course at the page and I was in tort for the clock. And then I finished this course in the back, I would not refer that because I said that it was complicated to boss and because I had finished this course three years ago, I said I arrêted later and married, and I went in 21 km of course at the pied. It was great. No, no, I was mentally because I'm the truck, but I didn't even make a tea. And then I was on evidently deshydrated at the end. I was like, in 2021 I was at my company, but it had a lot of people, but then when I was devoted and said for the chantier one with the lamp that's because I was at work, it's not really. Exactly. At the time I was in frein carbon, carbon, it was freining, in stress permanent. But it's not great, it arrived, but I was a bit dead because I'm a bit invasive, because I've already been and I've always been in the shows. And I had a 2023, after a vélo like that, I've had a Ray Cro France. And that the fact that I'm finished of that, I've not been a depression after, but the impression of a display, but that's what I mean to make a chance down. When I talk about the record, now it's a sacred chance. But when I talk with a gentleman who does a little bit of veto, you say I've done a course of veto, and you say, I've got a five, I've got quite, but I've had the right sucker of France. And it's fine, but the mechanics like it is single. It's a course of 2500 kilometers with 40 millimeters of denial positive the day where I've had.
SPEAKER_02:I think for me, who's the maximum that I've rolled in each journey was 190 km. It's my dose for a long time. I've enjoyed the course where it's necessary to enchaîne the years of the summer, etc. Biking man or Rest of Cross France, or maybe certain gravel men. But there are the aspects that have marked. The gesture of the solitude, and your Rest of Cross France. What does that have marked?
SPEAKER_00:What I marked is the time. I've got eight years and eight years. So you are in an effort that's complicated to get a. But in fact, I don't have to have your plant, your cadence. The mental is complicated to get it on nine years. It's not like a weekend where you say that tomorrow it's fine, for example. Then you are in a champion. I'm completely on the fleur of it. I'm part of teeth, I've had a friend, I said, Oh, I'm going to dorm with the house, flee. I said that it would be. He was on the day and he said, No, I'm not saying what you want. I said, And then he said after you had not made one piece on you. When I did like that, I said it's possible. My vélo aero, with my pneus gonflig at 8 bar, a pneus at 23 mm, it was really not the top. But I was sought, too. And the night was passed like the night I was completely cute. So the night, I was enjoying dormant, alright. I was at 18 hours the night. And at midnight, I was enjoying dorm in a fossil. I did not have a night, and I've been here, I went to a guy with which I rolled. And we had to discuss three years. We were three years. I mean, I said, I don't see it. I said, I'm gonna go to the hotel. The first week I was dormant, the second week we were at the hotel, two weeks at the hotel, and I did at the hotel all the weekly. Hotel, Airbnb, and uh, but I programmed to it. And it's that I recognize the work, so I programmed it. And I think I said the difficulty of the project, because I was full at this point to screen to get the risk, but the fact to not know and not cherry all these details, and it comes to the spirit, and I'll just roll it. After the day, I wanted a group of WhatsApp with my people and my family on the group WhatsApp, it's not for it's not for me to say, it's just for doing a number, but you play two minutes. So I did a group, eventually I don't know the words, and in fact the company they saw the pet bonum that the crank via the GPS, they were all accro at the course. They were all at that point that I had a company in the two years. He said he had been genius because he was all the matter I did. He said, Well, Hubert, already prepared your roadbook, you do at that point, this time you can go. I said to you, because if you pass this village, it's not 50 borne. You can change it, because if you change it, it's good for you, and after there's no. So in fact, the mechanism all the time, he said the sense of the vent, the time he had, the meteor, the kilometers, the land. He did that gratuitely, so you didn't. And I respected his work as a big soldier that I was. I respected. I said, alright, I've got a band, alright? Okay, I have three boards. And in fact I said it's not a good one. I said, Oh, but okay, I'm sorry. And I started like that. And that's it a boat like that. So that's really cool. It's really a moment of partage, we're the coffee, the partage, the family. I had a great time, because my coffee with abandoned. And now I was there. And my family said the telephone, I did a phrase very bad, but I said, before the day you're on the group, I want a photographer. All these photos that I'm doing, you're in the door, you turn the trunch. Just sorry. We're gonna go, profit. You're entrained for, you have the chance to be later, to make a thing that you play, profit. And in fact it's too bad, but the way you have it in, it changes totally the philosophy of the course. I said, it has reason, it's fine. There are people in France, never in France, who just to make the face on a vessel and they don't, for a whole reason, physical or financial or mental, I don't know. And we have the chance to do, we have a chance to be there, but appear on the pedal and advance.
SPEAKER_02:You say you're sure, but after I went for the tour, you made that, you made a partage, when I'm in the during, I'll say, etc. And I did it on the tour. I'm sure I've had it. I was getting very long, but I'm not gonna be 65 burns.
SPEAKER_00:It's a little bit of a few.
SPEAKER_02:And in fact I did, and after the course is passed, I believe, etc. And then in a long time I went the lecture of a live that I say, I move the traduction in frankly, because it's a company, ancient podcast, Lilian Doza, who traveled Atlantic at the RAM, who had a tour of France at Velo, etc. He offered. The life is Endure of Alex Hutchinson. And it's about the performance physical and the lien between mental and performance and physical. Okay. And the moment I began to read, but two years, I had an episode on the end, we had planificated the thing and I went to a chapter where he followed in the day 10 years, I think, their coach in athleticism who wanted to approach to the muscular visage and the mâchoire in particular in the performance. To say that there's tension for us, always scientifically they have the truth, but they said their feeling is that if they're tending a mâchoire, etc. There's an impact on your performance. That's what he said that they entered generations of athletes to have the mâchoire, and in the fool, there are other people who have reached the idea, and that for the way they said we can go out of that. The sourire a certain amount of things physiologically that are super beneficial at the end. It's fine. It's exactly what Hubert has said after the tour. And it's like for the point of view sensation, I had a capture on me and what I want scientifically has a value. But the tour, the two, three passages or the two three quotes where I turn a little bit the language, the way to source, I have the impression that it passes me, you know.
SPEAKER_00:And it's my country Phil who made this on the bell in 2015. He made that, he made it, regard just on top of you, so force to source. But the way to force a sourire, to have a very sorry. And then in 2015, it was the night that I was the night blanch, and it was the plain lunch. My pot, what's he? I'm not my eyes, it was completely carbo. He said, regard the lunch, regard what it's bad, regardless, prend the eye. He said, hop, he made an apparent photo with his eyes, and he said, Oh, click on the boat. That was in my head, and I think when it went. And I've had the idea of when I saw a magnificent. This morning, for example, I've got a sunlight, but I've got a photo. But really, it was magnificent, it was rose with the lake and plate and I went with the camera. I did a photo, with my photo, and also in my head, I said, clack, that's in my head, it's a rappel that and to me. And for me, it's a really therapy that marked really well. And I had a try in 2016, I had a try at the Park of Glaze at Sea, it was at 25 kilometers. And a mech, the organization, he had a phrase that resonates in permanence when I did these things like that. He put a soda this year, but really. And in the mechanic, the course events is for an hand. And the mechan said, We have a very good already, because the chemists are panty, there's a blue, it is dangerous. But one show. And then he went to the pet who is handicapped, who is a feeling, who is tremendous like we went on the podium, he said, 'Nou one show,' the father who is here. Are we all for him? And your place already. And this is who just be with you and to leave the fauteuil and care. And that's really marked. I made it, but he has telling reason. We have the chance to get what we have, the sport that we have, it's to go with the sourire and profit. Mm-hmm. I've done a course that I've decided to get, there are 10 kilometers, so I'm done a phone, I'm explosive. But there's always the pleasure to say we have a chance to be there and it's really the max to profit.
SPEAKER_02:There was an association that was associated with this course, you know, that was organized, that had a year a new person handicapped. It's a way to work for a cause, a point of view, structural with an asset, etc. It's a real thing that you've got to do.
SPEAKER_00:In fact, he has made a gun, this is when he did that in 2016. And with my cousin Phil, the main fan, he decided to travel the Lake Dancy at the NAS in 2022. Simeon is the fist of handicapped, who is a maladie orpheline. And he created an association that's called Decim and Demon for Simeon. And my pot Phil said, for the association, we decided to recall the phone, we traverse the lake at the night. It's 15 bands, in the sense of the long time. And he said, but it's not fun, and I said, okay. I said, what you know. So we had that. There were plenty of people who have accompanied, it was genius. We had been two. A whole time there were a people who had one or two who were there with us, we had a canoe who lived, who had security. It was perfect, perfect. It was quite very complicated. We had two hours and we're seven and we don't. I can't let a package of calories. It was not really the bigger conditions. But that was. I did that in 2024. We had it for the association basket of the people who are at cancer in the world. Recently I did the T24, a triathlon of 24 hours. The bit, it's not right that I recall not really astronomic, but the point is to party, to say to recall their phones for them, and also to party. And also to put conscience to those who are there that we have a chance to do. And it's also the people who are too.
SPEAKER_02:Clearly. And I think I refer to my abandonment, but it was the first time that I decided to go also communicating along a cause. And it's like I had the same approach. It's not just you who at Perso, but if the way it's the case, it was the chance to do that, but it's kind of very cool. I haven't had it after it very cool to do the visibility to people who have really, for the couple of fun.
SPEAKER_00:I heard the T24 that I've had in September that we had. It was a trio long, so we had 4 hours of native on a boucle of 1 km, 12 hours of vélo with a boucle of 16 km, and eight hours of course at the page on a boucle of 4 km and weekly. And in fact, I had the chance to have a sponsor, an amico, and he had said, If you want, what we can do is each tour that you have, it reports the pieces that you have in the cagnott and the associations. Excellent. And that's a booster enormous for your course. You say, I'm not for a tour, this kilometer that you have, they're a people. Pense to them, and that it's a booster. You say, Allez hop, it's not like that, but it was genius. It's tough.
SPEAKER_02:It's what the entrepreneur that was accompanied?
SPEAKER_00:It's the first time I've got a sponsor. But in fact, it's like the demarch because I don't know if you're in the house, but the engagement are a plus enough. Not passion, and I've got plenty of passions, try and know that the engagement are dependent plus. I think it's not totally justified. And then the course of T24, it was 500 euros inscription. So I'm not on lore, very clearly. I can see this course, but I don't have 500 euros in my pocket for a course. I told it. And so he said, we sponsor, and the entrepreneur is Repair, it's a platform of investment for us, but in the domain of the mobile and restaurant. All these courses that you have, we have a planning, and you say, and I pay tangent and plus if you have a equipment. I've signed a partner with me. And it's genius because it has a pressure. The veto that could share, the entertainment that could share, it could be share, and then you say, I'm a early party, alright. But if you're a bit easy, it runs the drink more simple. When it's great, it's always good, that's what we say. But the Racecro France in 2023, I paid my inscription, at the time it was 400 euros. 400 euros to travel the France on a course that is a deadline of 10 years, but for the case I know that it's not share. Because it's quite a course that worked 10 years. There's all the logistics there, there's an equipment medical, you have to say that, au cas où, on the share. It was one kilometer. The day when I did my chapel in 2015, it was 144 kilometers, I paid 160 inscription, I think. You have an inscription on the TMB, 1000 euros. Oh là là. 1000 euros, comment tu fais when you have a salary normal?
SPEAKER_02:It's a kilometre. Absolutely. And in the end of this partenary, I have the material. No, no, I've been equipped integrally at the table on SimAlp, but it's sure that this is.
SPEAKER_00:We were two in zingries, but it was a great entrepreneur of charpent menuiseries. And au culo, I did my patron. I did, but I was explaining. He said, Okay, what I got? I said, I had a pub for the boulot, I had a t-shirt, we had flocked non entrepreneurs and banco. He made paid complete. Flocked non entrepreneurs. And after 2015, I had to reveal it. He made paid inscription at the end. He had the journey of conversation after the course and after the course. And I've negotiated from that. And I've negotiated with him. I said, but for example, at the episode I've had two years of crossfit, I had a sport for complete. I installed a side of sport in my ateliers with an trainer. I've been the thousand to enter. And I've had access to that. And it's for that also that I was at the moment, because it was like two great entrepreneurs. The means that went to say, but I have a lot of that, I have the right. But I was on killing. I was working on my patron and demanding the lead. He paid three pairs of shoes per month. He paid, sacked. Come on, it wasn't. And I was fixed to work for my entrepreneurs, too. I was fair to work for this entrepreneur. It was a problem to have a great logo on the door or a problem. After I didn't, I said, I didn't want to go to the podium, I'll see all the time.
SPEAKER_02:It's super we talked about this in particular because I mentioned in other episodes on the podcast. You have a message on me, but it's cool that you demand these invitations coming to pay a tour of the world, a travers of that continent at the end. And when I think, I mentioned, I say, I mean, I think there's a question because you have UB, you want to, but it's totally reasonable, you know, because the exterior is typically the idea, and also in France that we talk about, you know. But in fact, your history from plain invitations on the podcast, when I pose the question on the finance, it's just a proof of place that it was demand and that there are plenty of things that are possible, and therefore there's a lot of people.
SPEAKER_00:What's it? I've already demanded for the France in 2021. I discutted, and I'm a mean that I've been for sure. I discutted, and I said, I'm not trying to do it. But you can do it, I lost the regiment. And the meaning of a little green, and he reflected, he said two years ago, your idea. I said, And for the France, I've got two, three, I've paid paying eight minute hotels, for example. It's not negligible when you could not pay to, it's always the argument that you got to manage or for other things.
SPEAKER_02:I don't know this example, the podcast, when the podcast on humility. I registrate, I was a micro-sinto micro, and it was my studio, and I said, No, but that's just a planch with two page for putting an ordinary just the minimum. And I got the burrows at the bottom. There's a burrows on the page electric that you can leave, and it could be super share. What I recognize was the 800 events. Frankly, no, I'll make 500 events at the end. I'm gonna contact an entrepreneur who gets a bureau at the boat, and I'll say what you want the sponsor of podcast. But I have a podcast, my podcast you're saying, the visitors we call the business, we don't know.
SPEAKER_00:What's what I mean?
SPEAKER_02:That's not an interesting. I went a mail a dimanche to an entrepreneur who had a bureau at France. The lunch at 8 hours I had a report of the PDG that means we interest, it's interesting, we're gonna go.
SPEAKER_00:And you're not demanded, but you don't have your bureau. It's kind of sympathy that's a good thing. It's egoist what a sports is all the time too. I'm conscious, it's not hyper egoist, the triathlon is egoist, the egoist, it's a sports that are really. It's a good time, and we're gonna go to my life, and I'm trying to approve what I do. Typically, an example, the REST Cro France in 2023, I've been doing my friend an accident of veto and it was on the route, but it was that you have this course, I feel it's very dangerous. And it's like the vélo, I think it's one of the sports the more dangerous. So I said, we discussed it, I said, if you don't find it, I'm just gonna go to it, because I have a text, generally I'm the things. I said, at this point, I don't know. Because it's that on my vélo, and it's not a rich, I'm not a big. Because in fact when it was encouraged all the time, and when I'm in judo, when I did the competition of judo, you understand in the tribunal for me boosting. So it's always around me. We produce the show on my fist who got a rugby at the phone, judo also. My fancy at the box, so we produce the main show, so we're just my fist, I'm not looping a match of rugby, for example. I'm just a fine, and he went on my course, it's not right, so I've got to pass the day with them. If they did that they could not go to my course, I'm embedded, because I'm in a minute, I'll be too easy. I'm not that, I prefer to get all the time. The course comes the Sunday and it finished the dimension at midnight. But the dimension, Sunday I had to do the activities of their friends, and the dimension, I was here at 9 hours of the matter, everyone had me. My family with me at a tour, my friend two tour with me, we have passed the town. Well, it's quite simple. And it's a souvenir that I was the fact that franchise and it's cool, I've been quite. It's a bit the same thing. It's not pire that the boulders. The boulders was really.
SPEAKER_02:It's been 20 years that you do pegorative, but course the eight, two minutes, and you start. What are the explorations for you? These are pretty. The list is long, that's it.
SPEAKER_00:No, no, no, the list is not long because I'm a little bit, I'm not the genre to planify a joke in eight years. But there's a project on the which we have a demand inscription. I don't know that it would be a project on the I don't change the name. I should manage the name it's a triathlon that you are in course Angleterre.
SPEAKER_02:Ah, the Landuroman.
SPEAKER_00:In fact, Landurman has not been fit in equipe of A Z ensemble. It was on relay, on individual, but not in equipe. And you call Phil, my pot manager, we can inscribe and demand to inscrire in equipe two, and we lunch another. Wow. We have response of the organization. So you have that that is a head. The nage at the court is 27 kilometers and it will double the distance during the course.
SPEAKER_02:Traverser de la Manche to the Nage. Exactly.
SPEAKER_00:And finally, it's a 300 band of memoirs, so if you know it's the part cool, we would say. If you have a passing, you can't continue to stay in force on your head, you can see it. And it will get the backlog, even if it's more and more long, but to travel to the right. If you travel to the right, and if it's pushed, you don't have to. So that's put it in mind and we have a response. And the other project I have in the end, it was to because I have my diploma and I repeated mail regularly. Oh wow, ah okay, I'm not that. See, in fact, because for the Race Acro France, you in your inscription, you justify a trace of 1000 km d'un trait to prove that the niveau for 2500. Because I've had 1000 km, I've envoyed my trace of 1500 km and I also envoyed my résultats. And it's 4800 km, 50 000 m de dénivelé positif. On traverse 11 years and on a 14 jours pour y arriver. Donc là, the deadline is very funny. 14 jours, it's like 400 bands per journey, a bit more plus. It's showing. Après, for example, I'm sure that I'm on the site, and if you're new, plus you have a supplementary. And if you have 40 years, I have a gap of that project, and my sponsor is very show for that. But that's another budget, 2000. The inscription is 4500 euros, for example.
SPEAKER_02:And the memoir, they're obliged to have an assistance obligatory.
SPEAKER_00:Exactly. So that's assistance obligatory. Because it's not like in France, there's no cemetery where we can play another two kilometers. The back is a camping car that is around to you for account, to go to the dorm. So you have an equipe with a camping car. And it's an equipment that is down to you with a voice pick-up, like they are less, with a signalisation of the course, with a jurophara, and they support all the time. You can't pay the copains that live at the boot to encourage it. I've seen a lot of videos of me who have a videos on YouTube who want their course that during 15 years. For example, he would say it marked his view. He occupied that in the world, in Belgium, in Canada, and I think it's another different, so he's rapidly, he's for getting.
SPEAKER_02:I think his chrono, but I don't know if it was 11 years or a thing.
SPEAKER_00:It's stratosphere. It's a mod at one. My vélo was 6 kilos. I had a sacoche down, down, prolonged. I had to manage it, so I've had a server. I've had to turn the barrel energetic, I took a beaufort, aute, saucisson. So it puts much like the bar energetic, the gel. So I've got what you did. I've got all my affairs. I don't know if you have that. I don't know if you're also the ultra, you can change an end in which they're completely uncomfortable, but they're quite beautiful. I don't know how to explain this course. It's a pleasure against all.
SPEAKER_02:It's also that there has some players. It's interesting. The link is in the description of that episode. It's an invitation, I don't know what invited m'en read. He had said that he had a course, he had a limit, a limit, you know, a cadre. And at particular moment he saw what he's doing of this cadre, it's a signal for him that he potentially, you know. And I said, but in fact it's genius because it simplifies the show. Because the cadence, you can see a little bit of it, you know. In license, it was double muscular, equipment, okay. Dumps like what I've had articulated or a doubt about the impact of my sort of long time, I turned. But then I have the double muscular, you say, No, but I'm in the cadre, it's good, I continue.
SPEAKER_00:But that's it's been default. I've been operating, I've had plenty of problems physical because I had to change too long. But now that I'm at my company, I see the things a bit different. I didn't have pleasure to enter, so I did the course. And I said, if you continue, it's sure that the. Because I was a lending, you know. I had no shot, I had a boulder, I had a client who had. So I was ready to sit in the day of equipment, you know. Ultra try in 2015, I was completely oxygen for three months after the course. I was on the wall of my camera when I was on the champion. I went to the feet round, I was. I really did the batteries. And that I knew and I'll revive it. It's quite dangerous, you can put her sort of life, and it's made a limit. It's not a true thing that I have rigoling. After I got a lot of podcasts of Rémi Udrel, who is in collaboration with Arnold Manzanini, he came out of the sommeil and when they're in a day like that, your survey, it's not good at all. It's not restored lucid. I was quite and after a micro-s of 15 minutes, two weeks in the journey, and that's it. And I said that when I did that, I'm lucid and it's been. And then it's not, hop, I m'arrête dans le fossé, in position fœtal, vétu, tac, 15 minutes, chronomètre en main, je m'endormais, je me réveillais, c'est reparti, et allez. And that's too much.
SPEAKER_02:An immense mercy. It's genius to manage enregistration and diffuser on the podcast. It's been super plaisir.
SPEAKER_00:It's a moment that we're afraid. I'm very fan of frapping. What's that the frapping when I sort of? It's very bad enough, the quality is very tough. Anyway, I'm hyper fiancé, but we demand all the time what it is, I'm too ready. I'm like, I told my episode. My message series until the message that you're doing the year, Valoï, that we have a chance on us and se lancer, and au pire on arrive pas, on se remette et on repart, but it's toujours tenter.
SPEAKER_02:Excellent.
SPEAKER_00:Oui, par exemple.
SPEAKER_02:Merci Hubert à plus.
